"Wonderful convenient quiet location. The check in and support was easy. Every issue we had was quickly resolved. Great instructions for how to use the place in English. It felt like concierge service and support. The place was spacious for the 4 of us. A/C worked well. We used the kitchen and coffee (nice touch to have coffee and tea there already). "Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible...

"The property is in a residential area so it is nice and quiet at night. Consequently, you need to be quiet yourself, but it makes for a perfect night time get away after busy days in the city. There are lots of restaurants in the area providing plenty of food options for lunch, dinner, or a late night snack. With heasy access to Hatsudai station, I highly recommended this stay as a home base for your Tokyo excursions. "

"We were a large group of 8 people. This is a small two story, narrow place with a third lower height attic/loft. The place was fairly clean but the first night we heard a critter in the walls, probably a mouse or rat. We heard it is common in older houses to have that issue but it did throw us off. There are no separate rooms or doors to close. It’s basically dormitory style. It was fine for what we needed but wouldn’t be our preference and we will not be staying here again."

"Our group loved our stay here! It was in a quiet neighborhood, away from the busier Tokyo Areas. The house is conveniently only 2 minutes away from a 7/11 and FamilyMart, and 8 minutes away from the train station. While being on the smaller side, the property is still well-kept, and cozy. The owner communicated well through emails, but some instructions were harder to decipher as an English speaker. Overall, a great stay!"

"I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. Washer and dryer worked great. Kitchen is well equipped. Breakfast was delivered promptly every morning, however, might recommend...

"La ubicación cerca de la estación, así que fácilmente auto us, metro o tren. Al igual con tiendas cerca uniqlo ,gu, y demás para comprar, cerca cines restaurantes. El personal muy amable en todo momento, seleccionen habitación con vistas a la torre vale mucho la pena, las camas cómodas y bien espacio teniendo en cuenta como son las habitaciones en Japón. El desayuno buffet bien con variedad. En algunos pisos cuenta con máquina expendedora, hielos, microondas. Esta muy bien, si lo volvería a reservar en un siguiente viaje. "
