Great little condo, short walk to restaurants, coffee, and the beach. Not as loud as staying on the strand. Very comfy bedrooms. Kitchen/living area is small but worked great for us. We also brought our 7# dog and the backyard was perfect for her. Excellent communication from Warren!

Oceanside getaway

Warren is an excellent host. The property is as described, and the location is very walkable to the ocean and several restaurants. We especially liked Best Pizza and Anita’s Mexican. First time spending any time in Oceanside. Perfect weather.

Great holiday base

Second time staying here; great spot for visiting friends and family all over Oceanside and Carlsbad. Well equipped, garage is nice bonus for easy parking. Walking distance to lots!

A Perfect Match For Our Needs

Warren’s Oceanside VRBO home was a perfect match for my 21-year-old granddaughter and me. Having our own rooms was important to us. The outside patio was a great place to get some sun and enjoy our coffee. The kitchen/living room/dining room had all the supplies we needed every day too. Also, having a garage was wonderful!! We enjoyed getting to know Oceanside better with an easy walk from the VRBO to Coast Highway with lots of vintage shops and restaurants. I will definitely recommend this rental as well as return in the future!

Good place but the apartment is dirty

the owner is friendly. the house is very well located. only problem, the cleaning especially of the kitchen and the terrace was shocking. the rooms and bathroom were very clean. we immediately contacted the owner who was very embarrassed and refunded us $200 (approximately the cleaning costs). The apartment deserves better maintenance.

South O Paradise

We had a great time in South O. We loved the high ceilings, the enclosed patio, the garage access, the beach equipment, the hummingbirds, butterflies and ocean breezes! Warren was an attentive and kind host.

Great location, clean and convenient.

We had a wonderful visit in June. The property was located in a great area of Oceanside within walking distance to tons of things to do and great places to eat and drink. The house was very clean. Warren was a great host and easy to communicate with. We’d love to come back.

Oceanside Vacation

This VRBO was great for our week vacation. Very clean and stocked. It even has a garage with bikes, beach chairs and boards. It was so nice having a garage so we didn't have to try to find parking! Great location! So many places to walk to. We will be back!

South Oceanside getaway

Very convenient location to some great local restaurants and coffee shops. Also, it’s a very short walk to the shore and to Bucc’s coffee and Buccaneer Park. The bedrooms are comfortable and each has its own door to the private backyard. The garage access is a plus. This is a great “home away from home”. We will definitely consider this property if we are in the area again. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

Great location in South Oceanside

This is our favorite place in the Oceanside/Carlsbad area. Nice, clean, comfortable, and an easy walk to beaches, restaurants and a coffee shop. Very smooth check in and check out process.

Perfect Home away from Home

My mom and I spend a week away from the family every year for the past 20 years . First time in Oceanside and loved our place. Warren you were great . We really didn't need you . Everything we needed and more was there. We will definitely be back

Amazing stay for a beach vacation

My husband and I stayed here after our wedding, and it was the best location for a low-key, relaxing beach vacation. We walked everywhere we needed to go, and we got the beach time we were looking for. There were so many restaurants and cafes nearby. Warren was very proactive and responsive in regards to communication. Excellent host!

Very clean and roomy.

Nice property in South Oceanside. All the beach chairs and toys you need. Very attentive owner. Nice rain shower in bath. Cute little park in walking distance for our dog to get some exercise in the mornings and grab a breakfast burrito or taco. at Buccaneer Park Cafe before you start your day.

Great Location, Host and Amenities

Warren was communicative and responsive as host, and clearly maintains his well equipped property to a high standard. Location is only a few minutes walk from a couple small beaches and park. Easy highway access a few minutes inland. The small private patio was very nice. Our small dog was a welcome as we were. Would definitely stay again.
