Location close to beach

We arrived to the condo and at first glance the grounds just took my breath away. There were meticulously cared for gardens and little fairytale pathways through the property, passing waterfalls and ponds with ducks and koi fish. Room was clean and well stocked with all items one would need (except dish brush). Bed was comfortable and everything worked well. I appreciate clean environment and this property was so well attended to - pool, common areas, elevators and corridors were all so clean all the time!! Beach is just downstairs and waves were amazing. The most relaxing vacation spot ever!! Also, check in and check out were very convenient. Host was quick to reply to questions before and during stay. I would warmly recommend to anyone looking for relaxing getaway!

Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean. Super clean and cozy. It had all the extra amenities needed. Easy walk to the bay and downtown. Managment was easy to get ahold of for any questions. Our family had a great time

What an AMAZING Property

This is a tropical Oasis, on the beach, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Our Condo was perfect with a nice view of the ocean from the bedroom and deck. Could have used more comfortable couches but all the amenities that were included were incredibly helpful. We definitely plan to come back.

Perfect!

This was a vacation for my 2 teenage sons (16 & 18) and myself. We knew we wanted to visit San Diego and LA and this town was the perfect middle-ground for our adventures. What I didn't know was that I would enjoy being at the resort as much as traveling the other cities and wish I had left more time to just sit here and relax. I loved watching both the marina and beach with the early morning surfers, from our deck. I also enjoyed sitting by the pool and walking the grounds and beach. It's a beautifully maintained resort and I plan to come back. As for our room... It was everything we needed. It was a one bedroom/one bath that had a pull out couch in the living room, which worked fine for us. The space wasn't huge, so I folded up the bed/couch daily to give us room to move around, but that was simple. Coming from the southeast, the lack of AC worried me, but I quickly learned the climate is much different in this area. Luckily there was a fan and with that and open windows, it felt great (I did have to sit in front of the fan to dry my hair.) Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great location. Could be cleaner.

We loved the complex and location. However the carpet has stains all over in living room and bedroom and just felt dirty. The pans and cookie sheets looked dirty and were very old. There was a stain on a sheet, blanket and towel. We recommend North Coastal Village but not this condo. Owners need to make some changes. Disappointed that VRBO has this condo on their website.

The property is beautiful and so clean. We needed to extend our stay for one more day and they were able to accommodate us easily. They had ceiling fans and floor fans, but this unit has no AC (which wasn’t a problem in late October). Would definitely stay here again. Also, the views from the balcony were so nice to enjoy with coffee.

Good resort style property

The property needs A/C during heat wave times. A freestanding unit is needed. The whole complex has no AC and is probably not an issue except a few months of the year. It was over 90 degrees inside our rental about 20 hours of the day. The outdoor areas are beautiful and it’s right on the beach. The positive outweighs the negative here but be careful in August and September.

Good complex convient

The property was what we were looking for. Clean, comfortable and convient to pool, beach and restaurants. Complex is fenced which makes it great if you have young children. The only negative was the coffee pot was a coffee nate and didn't handle kcups.
