This rental was 10/10. Location, amenities and the house itself was great. Clean, spacious, and has everything you could ask for including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and boogie boards.If your looking for a family friendly house steps from the beach and pool, i would highly recommend this one. Will be makong this an annual trip!

Return Visit

We stayed in this rental 2 years ago when meeting with family and friends. When the opportunity to return became an option, we knew this rental was the perfect option. Needless to say, we love this rental. The location is perfect to the beach. You can see the beach from your back door and is easy access for bathroom breaks, food or a nap. The gates make you feel secure for small kids to play on the grass. I even appreciate the parking spot is so close in the garage for easy loading and unloading. We will return again and again!

Working vacation

Absolutely Amazing!!! Wake up every morning to drinking coffee while looking at the ocean was remarkable includes a view while cooking breakfast for the kids. Plenty of space to spread out to include a pull out couch. Plus the onsite amenities were amazing (pool table, ping pong, gym, and a swimming pool). This place is a hidden gem and rented at a reasonable price. Loved the stay and would highly recommend.

Great location in Oceanside

From the moment that we walked into the complex it felt like you were in a total vacation spot from the lash greenery, to the Koi ponds and waterfalls. The pool and hot tub were lovely. The laundry room with the WASH app was difficult as there isn’t good cell service in the that building. The issue we had was with the upkeep of the unit. The refrigerator was not keeping out items to the temp that it should be and had broken seals on both the freezer and refrig. We noticed it was leaking, rust of the doors. We contacted the PM and they ended giving the owner of the unit the option to fix or replace. This Refrigerator needs to be replaced however, the owner decided to fix the seals only (which did not happen while we were there). The kitchen faucet at some point was replaced and they didn’t but the right size so they had to chip into the counter top to make this one fit. The glass on the coffee table, and the side table in the family room were broken at some point and not replaced, one of the lamps where they broken glass perhaps happened before had a broken switch so you had to unplug it to turn it on and off. There is carpet in the hallway and in the bedrooms, which is probably not the best for a oceanside unit when you have to keep the windows open because there is no air-conditioning and you have to keep the windows open to let any cross breeze through. The location was excellent. I just wish that the owner would take more pride in their property.

Great stay!

We had such a fun time at this condo. Only down side was some ant issues. Other than that really had fun- location is amazing with beach views. And about a 2 minute walk to beach. So so fun! Thanks for the relaxation!

Family vacation

This rental is close to the beach but still safe with fences and gate to keep your littles away. Easy enough to walk back for potty breaks or make lunch. The pool to cool off at the end of the day was the cherry on top. We will definitely be back.
