Nice quiet location with easy access to the beach. Lovely sunsets with ocean view. Mattress is very comfortable. The sliding screen door track to the deck needs a good cleaning or to be replaced. Very hard to open & close. We have always stayed on the south side of NCV and had morning sun on our deck. You get hardly any sun on this north side deck.

Beautiful view

My best friend and I stayed here for 5 days. The reason why we choose this specific property was for the view and it didn’t disappoint. There was a table and chairs on the patio and every morning we would go out and watch the ocean.

We had a lovely stay with the exception of a few things! Upon arrival there was a note taped to the door that there would be no power from 8am -7 pm on a day of our stay… a little disappointed but understood the reasoning but then on the same day maintenance was glazing the bricks so we were asked not to walk on them the only way out of the unit is to walk on them so another inconvenience. The next day we went out for lunch and when we arrived back in the garage to work someone was parked in my assigned spot. I called the number and the gentleman was less then helpful just said security would be over to investigate… at that point I decided to see if the car had a tag on the dash and it did stating it was a vendor working in E12 so I called the less than pleasant security # back lll

Beautiful

The views were excellent and the apartment was very comfortable. My only negative and it doesnt merit a lower rating is that while they had all the dishes and appliances which was fantastic, there was no coffee for the coffee machine (Ive always have the small ones at the bnbs in the past) and no cooking spray so i had to go to the store before making breakfast (i brought everything else with me). I also checked in quite late and with no a/c the unit was very warm as the windows had been closed all day and fans off. So it took a while to air it out and cool off. Otherwise, it was absolutely beautiful and the communication was very efficient. The views from the living room and balcony and so relaxing and enjoyed by all!

Great location& Beautiful

We really enjoyed this location and place. Very clean, and spacious for us. The view from the balcony is great and the weather was super. Its has a very comfy feel to it. Cozy bed, loved the fireplace, and again how clean and updated everthing was. The grounds of the comlex are very green and enjoyed walking around the location. Loved the sound of the creek outside the door. The put put golf and the pool. Appreciate all the text message given as we enjoyed the weekend giving us our details. Great for walking the beach, going to the harbor and hitting the pier. Ate at local places and did some wine tasting in town. Make sure to have some ice cream at Handels. All in all loved and would diffently go back. Thank you for a nice weeeknd.

Happy Place

I absolutely loved staying in this room. The only thing that could be a little better was housekeeping. There was food or blood stuck on the bedroom door and food on the bedspread. There was only one sand chair available. Other then that we loved it and booked again in June. We have been pleased with all of our stays at North Coat Village.

The AZ 110+ Getaway

Excellent location! The area was super busy but we were willing to walk everywhere we went locally. Driving around is an option but because Oceanside was so busy parking would have taken some addt time. MANY options for dining, relaxation, and exercise. Incredible location to take in sunsets and relax on beach. My only request if using this same location again would be to create some sort of better air circulation through the unit. Possibly a fan at the front door/window and a fan at the back door/window. There wasnt enough natural air movement with the doors/windows open. An easy fix to keep the humidity down inside the unit itself. We loved the beach chairs/cooler/umbrella/games/wagon/towels which were all available to use.

Beautiful Place to Relax

The condo is beautiful—relaxing colors and comfortable furniture and beds. The balcony has a wonderful view. The grounds at the community are lush and beautiful. The pool is warm and nice. I felt safe and appreciated the security patrolling the grounds. The beach is a little rocky, but the sand is still nice. Only one small problem for the stay: I didn’t receive a text about check in directions, which was a little inconvenient.

Cozy room, great view

Beautiful view, cute decor and so close to the beach you don’t even have to wear shoes to get there. Accommodations were good but it’s run more like a hotel so if you need extras for cooking (spices, aluminum foil, storage bags/ containers) be sure to bring them. Also, don’t be like us and wait until the last day to realize there’s beach chairs and an umbrella in one of the closets lol. This condo is very close to the parking garage as well, which we liked even though most things are close enough to walk to. Overall, 10/10 highly recommend. We would stay again and might next year if we decide to come back to Oceanside.

Nice condo right on the beach

Great place for a quiet getaway. Open the windows or sit on the patio and listen to the waves while watching a sunset. Unit and amenities were described accurately and photos provided a clear picture of the condo. The overall complex is also beautifully landscaped. Close to plenty of restaurants.

Great location, and view but dead and alive ants were all over the kitchen and bathroom. I found ants 🐜 inside the kittle, around kitchen cabinets, in bathroom, sink, bathtub. Please clean and use pest control before renting it.
