Awesome stay right on the beach!

We brought our daughter-in-law to see the beach one last time before cancer claims her. She loved lying on the sofa sleeper facing the beach, with the wall opened up to see and hear the ocean! Our grandson slept there with the wall open! We all loved the view and ocean sounds! Great sunsets! Great communication with the host! The elevator and two parking spaces were also much appreciated! Very spacious and comfortable! We want to come back on a yearly basis!

The Strand

The condo was exactly what we needed. The view and the proximity to all local amenities was awesome. The beds, and linens were great which isn't always the case in rentals. The only downsize was the furniture, it wasn't comfortable at all, the couch sunk in the middle and the chairs were just uncomfortable to sit in. When we arrived, we went upstairs to check out the hot tub it wasn't on plus we had to fill it with water. Our last night we went up to enjoy the hot tub and the cover was missing and the water was only at 79degrees so couldn't use it. The good outweighed the bed so i would defiantly stay again but hopefully they will get new furniture.

Location and view the best

What a treat to stay on the strand with beach and ocean views. The accordion doors open almost the full width of the unit which allows you to enjoy the sweeping views in the comfort of the living area. Since we had a 20 month old and a 7 week old, we stayed in the unit more than usual. It was great to have the open floor plan as well as the view to enjoy while they were napping. This third floor unit has comfortable beds, nice bathroom in each room, nice kitchen and island. There is an elevator which is quite helpful and underground parking for two cars. Negatives were; the couch is quite caved in at the center, area rug was curled up at the end which made you trip, two dogs were staying in the unit next to us and every time we walked near the patio they barked at us. They also barked at people and dogs below. There is only a small glass divider between the units. It was very unpleasant. Not sure what the company can do about this, other than not allowing dogs. You might want to ask if there will be dogs staying next to you during your stay. Overall, the place is really nice for it's location, being across the one lane road from the beach, and fantastic view.

End of Summer Vacay

I don't usually take the time to post a review because I am not usually THAT impressed or plan on returning. Me and my crew get a beach rental at least once every summer and have done so for the past few years. This is the first one I will absolutely rent again. The en suite with every bedroom was wonderful. The view, proximity and access to the beach and location cannot be beat. Having an assigned parking spot that was easily accessible was great. I only had to contact the property manager once about an alarm that had been going off since 3 am. I got an immediate message back about it being addressed; however when we left the following day at 5 pm, the alarm was still going off. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay and do plan on returning to this location.

Overpriced

The location was everything. Front view was fantastic looking directly at the ocean. After that everything else was average at best. All bedroom views were roof tops or obscure glass. Squeaky doors, running children and cycling heating/ ac units made for some interesting nights of sleep. We were comfortable, but the sofa and chairs could use updating. The management team was very responsive. I would not rent this unit again

Great Beach Vacation

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this house. We are a large group of 12 and it is perfect for us. The beach access is perfect, the home is well kept and convenient. The manager was very responsive to any needs we had. We have loved it both times we have stayed.

Perfect for families

Our stay was amazing, this property is beautiful, comfortable. We enjoyed the whole time. Check in was easy. They could have had more forks only 4, so we had to run out and get more, but other than that it was great!

Lovely getaway

Beautiful and convenient location off The Strand in Oceanside. Just a 15min drive to Carlsbad Flower fields and Outlets and a 4 min drive the harbor for whale watching. Loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom and the updated kitchen contained everything needed for cooking/dining. Of course, the highlight is the beachfront balcony which was such a delight to wake up to every morning

Fantastic Beach House

Great location and family friendly property. The rooftop hot tub was broken for the length of our stay, but the management company did send someone out to try to fix it. Overall, we would choose to stay here again.

Great location!

This oceanfront property was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. The panoramic view was breathtaking and the place was very clean and well maintained. The rooftop area was a bit far from the ocean but overall, the property was fantastic.

Fantastic weekend getaway spot

Nested right up against the beach, this location was a hit from the start. Each room has plenty of space, nice beds and bathrooms, as well as AC units. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and there was even a grill on the patio. The view is just perfect to wake up to. All and all a great spot and one we will stay in again.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!

We really enjoyed our stay! Most of the prior reviews have covered it. Location is amazing. Views from every room. The property is great! While it is showing some wear and tear what do you expect when you are fully booked on the ocean? The Beds are super comfy. Plenty of towels!!! Loved the Jacuzzi!!!. The kids would go in the ocean for hours then warm up in the spa then run back into the ocean! Easy parking access making storing your beach equipment in the car easy and convenient. There are some complaints about the stairs and not being able to use the elevator. We had no issues. It would be nice during check in and check out otherwise we would take the stairs anyway. The fire pits were great at night and for s'mores. We had a couple of small hiccups. I sent an email and someone contacted me within minutes. We would defiantly stay here again.

AMAZING LOCATION!

The Location is PERFECT! Right on the Beach! 200 yards from the pier. There are incredible restaurants and many grocery stores within walking distance. You can surf on the break directly in front of the home! The Sunrise & Sunset from the rooftop deck are amazing! The house was very clean. Couldn’t ask for more!

Amazing Beachfront Experience
