Be careful when booking online with this hotel. I booked through EXPEDIA.com and when I arrived to check in, the employee did not want me to pay with a card and I had no choice but to pay in cash. The next day when I checked out I realized that I had been charged twice, in cash and also by this company "OYO" that I didn't know existed. The employee / manager told me that she didn't know what I was talking about and that she didn't know the person who had checked me in the day before. She even made excuses for not returning the deposit that I also left in cash. (100 dollars)
Anyway, they charged me twice for the night I was there and it seems they have no intention of refunding the extra amount... Expedia called them and they lied, telling me that I never paid them in cash... The bank is already handling this claim, but the disappointment of this scam can't be taken away from you by these people who come to do "business" from the country of India.
