The home and area was very nice. Parking is very limited and walking to the pool and grill is a little far, but the complex is very beautiful with bridges and waterfall, very well maintained. I would recommend this place if you like to cook. Pots and pans are limited.

We loved our stay at Alina’s condo in the beautiful North Coast Village. The condo was very clean, the kitchen was updated and had everything we needed, the king size bed was so comfortable as was the living room furniture. The views, beach access and amenities at North Coast are hard to beat! Alina was a wonderful host - pleasant and communicative. We will definitely keep this condo on our list for future stays!

Disappointed

This is a copy of an email sent to the property owner. It details issues we encountered, but does not fit on this form. And I have photos to submit. We would like to call your attention to a few things that we have found to be of concern during our third stay at your condo. This is not in any particular order of importance: The tv remote batteries died and all I could find among your tools were AAA and some other various sizes but no AA. I had to go to the store to buy some, but please be aware that I am taking them home with me, and the Cox remote will not be working. If I walked into a hotel room and found the toilet seat to have the appearance of this one,  I'd leave. It's simply not right to have a toilet seat with peoples' wear marks all over it.   Probably unsanitary as well.  The shower temperature control lever does not allow for a cool shower.  When set to cool water position It creeps down to warm water position.  Yes,  there is a footrest for the leather chair,  and yes, people put their feet on it. But this one's really seen its better days.  The door to your condo has always "stuck." Humidity, I get it. But it's pretty difficult to push, especially for an old guy with a bad shoulder.   Not your direct problem, but yesterday at about 7:30 PM I went to use the grills by the pool. 4 people were there cooking,  then 5, then 6... and 1 of the grills had a faded "out of order" sign on it.   Two working grills for the whole complex made for some late...

Oceanside Getaway

Beautiful property, perfect location allowed us go walk to wonderful beaches & restaurants. The hot tub was nice to relax & unwind. The bed was comfy, kitchen had everything we needed. Could use updating the leather chairs that are worn and cracked (not shown) toss it or add sheepskin faux over it. It was the 1st thing I noticed. Hate to mention this - if not mentioned you can’t fix it. Overall we we LOVED the place and wish we could afford to own the unit ourselves!!!

Beautiful View

Very comfortable, clean condo with a great view of the ocean. The condo had lots of baby items, which was handy for our little one. We had a couple of hiccups with the complex itself, but the owner was very responsive to each issue.

Three Nights of Relaxation

Our stay was relaxing and the condo was perfect just as described. Alina was in contact with me from the moment we arrived and checked to see if we needed anything. Going to sleep and waking up hearing the ocean was the best! Restaurants were within walking distance. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and I would definitely return. Don't hesitate, book it!

The check in process was very easy. The instructions for check in and check out were clear and made everything simple. The view was great and the space was clean, comfortable and very relaxing. The grounds were manicured beautifully and the walk through the property to the beach was easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Ocean View

Clean,comfy with sunny Oceanview. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable living room seating, one bedroom with King bed, nice linens. Able to see the ocean from kitchen, living and bedroom. Quiet building. Half block or less walk to beach and Strand. Walk to Oceanside pier which is about . 3 mile from condo. Rent bikes by the pier. Oceanside has many delicious restaurants within walking distance. North Coast grounds are beautiful, clean and well maintained. Owner, Alina allowed early check -in, was helpful and communication was easy and prompt. I would highly recommend staying here. I'm looking forward to returning.
