View from the living area was amazing, just like the pics. Host Kim was responsive and flexible. Everything was as expected. Great place for our 8 buddies' golf outing with plenty of beds/bedrooms. Walking distance to pier, great restaurants. Plenty of supplies. Would do it again!

Lovely setting for my women's retreat! It provided different settings for various exercises planned inside and out - Moon ceremony, breathwork, mediation, yoga, and great lighting for a photo shoot. The home was perfect in every way! (One room downstairs didn't have air but we used that room as our set-up storage room so it turned out perfect for us)

It was just as beautiful as the online photos! We loved the balcony/ patio and “the big sandbox”! We had so much fun in the sand and the ocean readily available for boogie boards and surfing! Our family believed it was the best vacation ever, even over cruising!! It’s clean and comfy. The kitchen was well stocked! Everyone wants to return!You can use the above for public viewing. There are just a few negatives; before we come back, we’d like to see the downstairs patio door completely replaced and the downstairs oven calibrated. It would also be nice to have the lower shelves on the upstairs refrigerator! A small suggestion would be luggage tables in closets that are large enough. Thanks so much!

Mesmerizing views and spacious

Gorgeous home and views to die for! The only con that we experienced was the kitchen was small for preparing big meals, very limited counter space, and no pantry/food storage. A jacuzzi and outdoor games (cornhole, ladderball, etc.) would have been nice as well. I highly recommend renting a golf cart and cruising to the different beaches, harbor, shopping, and restaurants. Overall it was a heavenly stay.

We had the best experience at this house. The host is extremely responsive. I requested an electric kettle in the morning, it was delivered by the time we returned in the afternoon.

Great house on the beach

Our family very much enjoyed our stay in Oceanside this past week. House is exactly as described and would stay here again. Only bummer is the beach in front of the house is all rocks and no sand, but the sandy part of the beach is a short walk away.

Great Beach Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay. We had a family reunion and many of them flew in from the Midwest. The beach access was incredible and we had low tide in the afternoons. Almost everyone had a great time playing in the surf. The property manager, Kim, was great when we needed to call her. All in all a very nice stay. Thank you!

Beautiful setting

This place is right on the beach. We saw dolphins every morning from our back door! The setting was so peaceful, the sunsets, magnificent! Great place for groups as there are plenty of beds and bathrooms. The kitchen upstairs wasnsmall but adequate! There is another kitchen downstairs if you need more kitchen! The beds were super comfortable and clean. My only drawback, there were a couple bugs in the house we had to dispose of. Overall, a great place!

Very nice place to stay, could be a bit nicer.

We loved the location, the view was wonderful. The lock for the folding doors did not work. I used a band clamp from the garage to secure the door the first night. I bought some tools, took apart the lock and found it to be corroded to the point it would not move. I was able to free it up and get it working again but it should probably be oiled. It was working when we left. I enjoy fixing things so this just added to my vacation experience. The carpet on the stairs is pretty dirty and needs cleaned or replaced. The upstairs shower tends to let a lot of water get onto the bathroom floor. I am not sure what can be done about this but we dried it up with towels each day. If guests do not dry it up I could see you having issues with water damage. It took us a while to find the washer and dryer in the garage, you should add that to your information package sent to guests.

Disappointed

The pictures of the place do it more justice than seeing it in person. There is a ripped carpet down the stairs, and the stairs carpets are very dirty. On the beach floor, there is duct tape on the railing and carpet that is ripped and not fully on the stairs. There is no gas grill. So bring charcoal. There was a rat trap underneath one of the beds on the lowest level and it had fresh cheese on it. There were cookie sheets that still had bread and crust all over them. Be sure to bring your own toilet paper because you WILL run out. If you are going as a large family and an elderly couple needs to stay on the ground floor, it will be difficult for them to get into the bathtub shower instead of a walk-in shower on the upper or lower levels. It really doesn’t make sense that the shower for elderly or handicapped is on the top level, you’ll have to walk upstairs to reach that bathroom. Be careful on the beach level where there is a wood box with a missing piece of wood with sharp edges. The owner overacted to a parking situation we had there and was rude and made a political comment about us to the neighbor. This after we parked two feet over the property line of another. Immediately after the phone call of the owner, telling us that the truck was improperly parked we moved the truck and the owner was texting threats to us. She also told us that the neighbors were afraid to approach us because of our retaliation. Our family and the neighbors communicated on an adult level.

One of the newer nicer properties along the coast in Oceanside! Have staid in 4 different properties along this 3 block stretch and this one is by far the nicest, in terms of the recent renovations and impeccable property maintenance. Will be back!

Amazing experience

Without a doubt this ocean front property is one of the best places we have ever experienced. Right on the water, modern supper clean property, panoramic window in the living room, 8 convenient bedrooms many bathrooms, fire pit on the sand by the water and on top of all of that very friendly management. Go for it you will be amazed.
