Awesome!

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect location. Perfect size for family of four. Very clean. Comfortable beds! I loved being able to walk out of the sliding glass doors and seeing the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

Annual getaway

We’ve stayed in this particular condo for many years now. The Inside of the condo is great and the location is hard to beat . One of the things we love about this condo is that you can access the street to the beach from the sliding door and lock it on your way out without having to go inside the complex. The decorations are cute. There’s a TV in both bedrooms and the beds are comfortable. On a few occasions, we’ve had to contact the property management at Make My Vacation and they are super responsive and accommodating as well. We love this condo♥️♥️

Overall Good

We enjoyed our stay. I particularly loved sitting on the patio in the mornings, hearing the ocean waves and sipping my coffee. It was so nice to be able to see the beach from the patio. However the interior was different from the pictures posted online. It wasnt bad, just different than expected. It was also much more crowded than we anticipated, and the HOA was not very helpful, and rather rude during check-in. Thankfully, we found a patrol man who showed us exactly where to go and he was very kind and helpful. The condo was very clean and the owners were extremely helpful amd prompt when we had questions. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

greatest location

Walking distance to beach, pier, harbor, and jetty. Kids loved the bicycle for four, the rock garden traffic circle, the padlock heart statue, and the jetty playground. Also the koi pond with fish food, and the ice cream shop at the harbor. We loved the Rockin’ Baja. It’s all close by.

Amazing Vacation Home

Our unit was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. It was updated and very clean! We had a wonderful week enjoying the beach and pools. The property was beautiful and lush with grass, tropical plants and waterfalls. The unit was full of everything we needed for cooking, playing and relaxing. The beach was clean and not too crowded. Only families from the other homes in the area. This is hands down my favorite family beach area now! I can’t wait to come back again next summer.

Oceanside is wonderful

Have always loved Oceanside. Sad to see such rocky beaches. Kids were still able to have fun in the sand but you have to wear shoes to get to the surf. The apartments is lovely and very convenient half block to the beach. Kids also loved the heated pool.

The rental is old. The complex is poorly marked and like a maze, making it difficult to find anything. There were ants in the bed and shower. The air mattress deflated during the night. Overall, not a very comfortable place to stay.

No A/C only plug in fans

There was no A/C and we couldn’t sleep. This made for a very difficult time enjoying the daytime experience on vacation. We left early so we could go back home and sleep.

Perfect location for family

Wonderful stay with family. Had everything we needed. No joke about the ants. Do not leave ANYTHING out not sealed up TIGHT. Otherwise no issues what-so-ever. Loved our family daily beach walks. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again here!

Mother's Day getaway

The property is as seen on website. Very nice. My granddaughter love the shell plates and bowls. The only drawback is the motorcycle racing down the street Friday and Saturday night.

Nice condo with easy beach access

My family and I had a great stay! Property was as listed, clean, and very comfortable. The condo complex was well maintained. There were several sets of stairs to access the condo but we found it easiest to temporarily park along the street to load/unload through the sliding glass patio door which did not require stairs. Both bathrooms had walk-in showers which we liked but those with small children may miss having a bathtub. Beach access was quick and easy. Everything we needed for the beach was provided cart, umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, and more. We loved this condo and would stay again.

Birthday trip!

A must stay at the fact that the ocean is just right there is a plus! We went for my daughters birthday to lego land 15 mins away! Location was amazing. I will definitely stay here the next time!

Beach close!

I loved stepping out the door to see the ocean each day- energizing! Interior of family room has been updated since photos. Kitchen was up-to-date. Quiet complex. This is a lower unit for those who care to know. We enjoyed the pool and frequent beach walks. Stayed at this unit because we were displaced from our home during flood renovation. Property management team did a great job. (Thanks, Randy!)

Beautiful February

Couldn’t have been any better. We have been coming to North Coast Village for at least the last 10 years and this stay and unit was as good as we have ever had. Looking forward to next year in the same condo and hopefully a few more after that. Thanks again!
