Perfect for Families

Wow. Just wow. I visited with my 4 children ages 9-13. Beautiful grounds and so much to do in the area. I have stayed at oodles of resorts with my children and for the price this one has been my very favorite. If it’s a little chilly just rent wetsuits and your kids will spend hours playing in the ocean waves and sand. The rental had a great sand wagon, 3 buggie boards, sand toys, games and even play blocks! The outdoor penthouse area was AWESOME. Great view. We did legoland and the Zoo but honestly the kids loved playing with the provided toys in the ocean the very most. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful place

Wonderful, well stocked property, lots of room to spread out for our big family, amazing rooftop patio! Beautifully updated renos and decor. Only negative was that both of the bathtubs need some repair or replacement as there is damage to both.

Family Getaway

Very impressed with the resort. There is so much to do and not enough time to do everything. The gym was excellent and clean. The beach is absolutely amazing, smooth sandy beach with clear/warm water. The condo was very comfy and provided everything we needed. Appreciate the number of fans available as it was very muggy first couple days! Enough room to accommodate our adult family of 5 comfortably. Would love to come back!

The perfect place to stay close to everything you need! Walking distance to the beach, the house has all the anemities to access the beach (wagon, chairs, umbrella, towels). Close to supermarkets and restaurants! Close driving distance to Legoland, Del Mar, Carlsbad, and 40 min from SD airport! Home was as described, included a designated parking space with closed gate access. Felt safe and secure!

Relaxing Stay

Property is very comfortable! We enjoyed the amenities at the property and walking to local spots. The view and ocean sounds from the master bedroom were very relaxing! We enjoyed our Spring Break as a family with teenagers and a younger child with something for everyone. Having a beach wagon with everything you need was very convenient. The gym, pool & hot tub were nice & the complex grounds were beautiful. We already want to book our next stay.

Relaxing and comfortable condo

B306 is a very nice condo with a beautiful ocean view from the top balcony. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella supplied in the unit. We would definitely recommend this condo!

Great stay

Great stay! Condo was well equipped, beds were sooooooo comfy! The grounds of the complex were pretty. Only a few negatives but they weren’t enough to ruin our time. The key system is a pain, it would be much nicer to have a card like hotels or a code We did find a dirty facecloth at check in hanging from the shower curtain. Also in suite laundry would be nice. Overall it was a great stay. Thanks for having us

This was a great place that has a great fun location. But just don't stay there during the hottest week of the summer there is no air conditioning it was uninhabitable from 11 am to 7 pm had fan to bring out but was so hot so plan Accordingly.

Great location - Wonderful Room

Our experience was heavily impacted by a massive heat wave that made this the hottest week of the year. The roof-top patio looked beautiful but we could only use it for brief portions of the day. That space is lined with solar-panels (which we wish were in the profile pictures so we were no surprised by the view) so you can imagine how hot it got. The kitchen was wonderful. Closet has all kinds of great beach gear Wi-Fi worked great. We got a great breeze at night. The proximity to restaurants downtown is also a great feature. We spent a good bit of our time saying, “when we come back and it’s not so hit, we will really enjoy…” parking was easy. Pool was beautiful. Security was clearly present and very polite. All the things that usually disappoint me in trips were positives on this one.

Would love to come back!

We had a great time! Loved all the beach equipment and wish I got to spend more time on the upstairs balcony enjoying the ocean views at sunset! it’s breathtaking! Overall great stay, wish there were more spices/seasonings included but space is limited in kitchen cabinets so probably not realistic.

So Relaxing!

We hated to leave this perfect place! The condo is clean and comfortable with everything you need to relax and enjoy Oceanside. Our kids were so sad to leave. The location was great for beach, pier and harbor access. It was also convenient to use the Coaster train to get into and out of San Diego and the surrounding area.

Clean, Comfortable, Beautiful.

We had a wonderful four-night stay and everyone wished we could have stayed longer. It was a perfectly relaxing visit. We loved the proximity to the beach and downtown Oceanside, and we especially enjoyed the comfy king bed and the ocean view balcony. I already miss watching the surfers with my morning coffee. We can’t wait to come back.

Great View - Newly Renovated

Another great unit at North Coast Village. Newly renovated, clean and spacious. This is our second time staying in NCV and we love this property. The second level roof deck with the ocean view was amazing. The unit had all the gear you need to go to the beach including wagon, chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. (Just make sure you bring extra sand shovels for the kids). The only real negative about this unit was the train traffic out the main floor balcony when the door was open to let in a breeze. Otherwise we totally enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Great place!

Great condo in a clean, safe and enjoyable building complex. Condo has everything necessary for a great vacation near the beach. Great restaurants and stores near by. Excellent communication from the management team, very well run. We will definitely return.
