We had a great stay overall—giving 4 stars for a few reasons. The 180 ocean view was magnificent. Listening to the waves crash was heavenly. We loved the privacy of being in Unit B. The decor was on-theme, with quality, solid furnishings and lots of seating. The kitchen was well-stocked (pots, pans, seasonings, foil, etc.). The gas stove was brand new, the fridge was a great size, and the patio electric grill worked perfectly. Beds were comfortable and the space worked well for our group of 6–7.Now, why 4 stars: the master shower has visible black mildew, and the jetted tub is outdated and yellowing. Kitchen counters are peeling, the sink is old, very small, and was barely draining when we arrived. A plumber fixed it, but still inconvenient. The window ledges also show water damage.Unexpected visits were frustrating: the door handle in the master was broken and had to be fixed; an internet tech came; then an unannounced patio inspector arrived. I had to confirm he was legit—he mentioned the owner lives across the driveway and she confirmed & said I should have been made aware of the inspection. Later, the property manager let herself in without knocking while my pregnant daughter-in-law was napping—unacceptable. The patio also has a live motion camera, which felt intrusive.The view is a 10, and staff responded quickly. The stay was still lovely and the value fair, but with a few updates and better communication, this could easily be a 5-star rental.

Relaxing Beach Family Weekend Get-Away

We had a wonderful stay at this clean and beautifully decorated beach condo. The spacious rooms provided a perfect setting for our family to relax and celebrate Mom's 80th birthday. Falling asleep to the soothing sound of ocean waves was such a special experience. The comfortable living and dining areas were ideal for lounging and playing games while enjoying stunning ocean views. The well-stocked kitchen had all the tools we needed to prepare snacks and meals with ease. Parking in the garage was convenient, and there was plenty of street parking for our additional guests. We loved using the provided beach chairs to sit on the private beach and watch the sunset. Overall, this rental helped us create incredible family memories and made Mom's milestone birthday truly special!

Loved everything

We had a great 3 day multi generational stay in June. Ages 10 - 79. Got lucky and the gloom lifted each day. Beautiful, well equipped and large property. Would absolutely rent there again.

Relaxing stay

It was too cool to spend much time on the beach, but the condo was great-beautiful views and relaxing ocean sounds. Condo was comfortable and in a nice community with good restaurants. We appreciated the garage for our vehicle.

20 year retirement family vacay

Had and AMAZING time at this property! The house has AWESOME VIEWS and is right down the street from the pier and food places. The private beach area was perfect for the kids to play in the sand.

A Perfect Oceanside Retreat

Our stay at this oceanfront condo in Oceanside, California, was nothing short of perfect. The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and the sound of the waves creating the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway.The condo itself was immaculate—spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped and made meal prep a breeze, and the living room was cozy and inviting, perfect for our game nights. One of the best parts of our stay was spending quality time with family on the deck, enjoying great conversations while taking in the ocean views.Communication with the host was seamless, and everything was exactly as described. This stay exceeded all expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommend!

Fun family get away

We needed to be out of our house after the LA fires and Oceanside was perfect for our family. The place is right on the beach and we had family from Wisconsin come and join us and they also loved the place. David was communicative and understanding of our situation. And we were traveling with our toddler and the unit was well equipped to keep him safe. We will be back!

The Most Beautiful View on VRBO

Wow! The windows to the ocean do not disappoint! In the morning you can find me and my husband sipping coffee and watching the waves and predicting which one would have a huge splash. The two bathrooms gave everyone a spot to shower and spread out. And hilariously the waves were a little loud at night so we found ourselves in the back bedrooms. All the beds were comfy (even the doubles!) and the kitchen was fully stocked with a coffee maker and any utensils you would need.for your stay. Awesome tv’s let us watch the Sunday NFL games and made us reconsider the size of our home tvs. (It was a cold and misty day.) Great restaurants nearby and a cool coffee shop on Wisconsin right next to a market for creamers and whatever else you need! Easy access to the garage and the ocean. I can’t say enough about how nice Dave was! Thanks for everything!

Family Vacation on the Beach

Overall, the place and the stay was fantastic. Great location and access to the beach. Everything was very enjoyable until the last night - the group staying below us was a little loud with music and talking late into the night - but the ocean muted some of it. Overall, a great little get away.

Much needed piece of paradise!

Thank you for the time at your beautiful property! We really enjoyed our time gazing into the beautiful blue waters from the balcony! We only used one of the 5 beds and it was very comfortable while the soothing sounds of the Pacific rocked us to sleep. We didn’t even want to leave…thank goodness for Uber eats! Minor details that could be improved: shower head in master (lack of pressure) but there is another shower so wasn’t a problem. Also, could not change the TV in master, it was stuck on Deal or no Deal lol. Neither would stop us from staying here again! Highly recommend, this property and Dave are amazing!

Stunning condo by the sea

Perfect place for girls trip to beat the heat. Condo is very nice and comfortable and you can’t beat the view! The private beach was amazing and condo is close to all the action in Oceanside. Will definitely be back!

Perfect stay at ocean front beach house!

We were thrilled to find the condo exactly as described in the photos and description. In fact, it even exceeded our expectations. Attention to detail is an understatement. The kitchen was stocked perfectly with everything we needed. Beds and bedding were 5 star quality. The views were amazing....sunsets, dolphin, surfers.....it had it all.

Awesome views!

Very clean — had everything we needed. Better equipped in kitchen than most. Very comfortable beds, nice furniture, pleasant decor. The weather was perfect, the view unbelievable, and loved hearing the sound of the waves. We walked for coffee and donuts, lunch and “Mostly e-Bikes” for great bike rentals.

Amazing water front condo
