PERFECT for a relaxing getaway. The location was amazing. It was ocean front with beautiful sunsets every evening. We’ve visited Oceanside multiple times & this is by far our favorite! Our frenchies loved it as well!

Tranquility spacious getaway

The home had everything we needed the hot tub was well maintained the fire pit worked! Plenty of pots and pans the showers were fully stocked the only issue was explanation of the entrance there were 2 doors so better communication in regards to access and the parking garage code but they dispatched someone immediately offer more parking was convenient. The home was well worth the memories we created it was clean very well stocked beautiful view!

Great place to Relax and watch the ocean

I really enjoyed staying here. We saw so much wildlife just sitting on the patio watching the ocean.

Ver disappointed 921 S. PACIFIC ST. OCEANSIDE

We arrived with trash cans blocking entrance and the garbage smell was horrible. The house had no hot water. Blown fuse box. Poop in upstairs bathroom. No hot water until second day! The kitchen was not cleaned. The master bath still had leftover shampoo scum on the shelf. My husband had to fix a running toilet. No heat until my husband flipped the breakers the next day. The couches were so filthy we used beach towels to sit on. Microwave had food in it! The backyard was covered in debris, trash, and dog poop! We have previously rented this property and totally shocked at how bad of shape it was in. Someone did clean the windows on our last day…nice to see the view.

Great location, poor rental experience

Nice location, nice home. However, there was poor Wifi, the hot tub did not work, the garage parking was not available as advertised, the fire pit did not work, and worst part was no hot water. The rental company sent a tech to fix the hot tub, fire pit, and hot water early our second morning. The final morning, after agreeing to a late checkout, we had three separate cleaning crews stop by, one actually entered the house while we were eating breakfast, and though they were just doing their job it really killed an already poor stay……..

Fantastic stay

My friends and I traveled all the way from the southeast and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. Located within walking distance of place to hang out at. Being so close to the ocean was fantastic, and the sunset was unbelievable. East to check in and communication made everything a breeze.

Son's 30th Birthday Celebration

We loved this property's location. Just at the end of the strand, there is nothing between you and the sea but a rock wall. It is a 15 minute walk to the pier. The kitchen is well equipped, but it could use more plates so we didn't have to run the dishwasher so often. Otherwise, it was very comfortable. I

Location, location, location!

Beautiful home just steps way from the beach., perfect for our growing family. Walking distance from the pier and a variety of nice restaurants. At first when we arrived we were concerned because we did not have hot water. I immediately called to inform our host about this issue. Thankfully, in less then 30 minutes the problem was fixed. The unit was well equipped with everything to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We were able to create beautiful family memories!

Very Disappointed!

Hot tub was not working properly. Although an extension chord and assurance that the hot tub would heat up by the facilities crew, the tub reached proper temp., (over 100 degrees) by 8pm the night before we checked out. The hot tub was not properly maintained and cleaned. There were visible stains all around the hot tub. Additionally, the next morning we did not have hot or warm water for our showers. We asked for a contact number to discuss the issues but we did not receive a response. We would like to be contacted by property management regarding our stay. Thank you.

This unit’s owner needs to find a new PM ASAP! I’m sure you are paying a pretty penny for them to “manage” it for you. We paid high holiday rates to stay here over Christmas. We had NO hot water for 3 days,the heater didn’t work, (it was storming and cold out) and the spa was luke warm and looked dirty. We paid top dollar!! It felt like we were camping. We called several times to Beach Front about our hot water issues. They ignored us through the entire visit and after the visit they also knew it was out as there was an “ out of service “ sticker on the hot water heater for our unit and they rented it to us anyway! I will let everyone know not to use VRBO or Beach Front! As neither party did anything for us! Very very disappointed.

Thanks for the amenities

It was nice that there were basics like spices, salt and pepper to cook with. I liked that there was also laundry and dish detergents.: no one wants to buy an entire package to stay for a few days.

Great location

Some things to fix: Gate at the entrance to the property. Too many people used it for beach access. TV very difficult to use. Had to get maintenance to load access codes and make the TV's work. Just pay for cable. A lot of buffering made watching the TV unbearable We wanted to watch the Olympics and some movies Need more plates Appliances are very beat up Air conditioning only in 1 room Double bed room very small . Bed is against the wall and very hard to get in and out with 2 people in the bed

Amazing location, tightly packed neighborhood

The house was beautiful and spacious, right on the water. There wasn’t any beach below the rocks, but a beach was available about a half mile walk north. The patio was great, with a nice hottub big enough for 3-4 people. One annoyance was that there are different units on each floor and another house right next to you on each side. Eg when sitting in the hottub we could reach out and touch our neighbors. It felt very cramped and if the neighbors were loud it was hard to ignore. Overall really nice house and location, but tightly packed with neighbors.
