Amazing Beach Getaway

This is a wonderful beach front property. It's large, yet cozy. The furniture in the home is new and the kitchen is well stocked with pretty much everything you'll need. My family loved the large sandy area, it was like being right on the beach. I liked the green grass separating the house from the sand. The view was phenomenal. We saw surfers, fishing boats, parasailing and dolphins. It's only 10-15 minutes from Legoland. We would definitely come back to stay here again.

Dolphins at Dawn

Our family loved every minute here. The local dolphins were fun to watch up close at high tide. Perfect location, excellent hostess (answered my texts in less than 10 min.), and a well stocked home. No regrets.

This was exactly what we needed for a family vacation! The place was amazing, and met all the families needs. The AC, the kitchen, the washer and dryer was perfect! We will be making this a regular place for the family!

perfect size for 10 women with 3 full baths. Just what you want to relax with the sound of the ocean crashing! You can stare at the ocean and spot sea life! The large farm table makes game playing fun. Also great for jigsaw puzzels. Great location to walk to restaurants or the beach.

Had a great time with family. Place is beautiful! Could use a little more water pressure in the upstairs shower. Also, fire ring should be cleaned out/replace. Picket fence could use some work. All and all though, had a great time

Our Annual Family Christmas Trip

We usually do our Christmas trips in Big Bear and this year we changed it up. Christmas By The Sea. Our host was very attentive and helpful, the home was perfect for the size of our family. We loved making memories and hope to stay again in the future.

You walk in and the views are incredible. It is about 1 mile to downtown which is walking distance. Love the private beach. My kids loved it and didn't really need to go to the beach because the sand was there. One thing that wasn't clear before I booked was that you can't go to the water from the house. You have to walk if you want to put your feet in the water. I honestly didn't mind but that wasn't clear when booking. Ultimately, loves the stay the property is stunning

Lovely waterfront property

We had a wonderful stay with a group of friends for a girls' weekend. The place looked exactly like the photos and description, and the outdoor space was lovely. It was more than enough space for our group of 12 girls and the rooms were a great size for a weekend trip. Everything was very clean, and the views were breathtaking. You aren't able to get to the sand/beach from the backyard, but we didn't mind since the views and waves crashing were enough for us! The kitchen was a great size for cooking in a large group. Overall, we'd love to stay here again!
