What a perfect ending to our holiday. Beautiful views of the ocean with great people watching from our balcony above the street. The decor and attention to detail in the apartment are second to none. Great kindness also showed to us by Saundra and the lovely housekeeper Alicia. I can recommend Pelican Oceanfront without any hesitation.

Great location for family vacation. Host was very responsive to questions during our stay. Restaurants within walking distance, so once we parked the car, we didn't have to use it unless we chose to.

Great condo, great location, great communication- it was exactly what our group of 6 wanted! Well furnished and stocked, and even larger than pictures showed. But the location just ices the cake- Don’t hesitate to book this gem! I know we will return:)

Beautiful property on the beach. You can't get any closer to the beach, Oceanside proper and the Oceanside Pier. The condo was beautiful, everything and more. Would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a get away even a staycation...... Highly recommend it.

This property is amazing. The house has absolutely everything you need, plus tons of toys for the beach, boogy boards, etc. Love sitting in the balcony and watching the ocean...we even saw dolphins! Close to everything. Plan on making this an annual trip!

This was a stunning property with incredible views. Everything was walking distance and easy to access. The host was quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and the property is well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need as far as pots, pans, etc. Balcony was wonderful. Outdoor furnishings and firepit were very nice and everything worked great!

Ocean front-can’t beat it!

Our second time staying at this property. Always clean, amazing views, terrific layout with plenty of room. The two underground parking places are very convenient. We love it here!

Beach Living at its Best

Overall the experience was well worth the and we made memories to last. The condo was extremely clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked and gourmet for the cooks in the family. The views were incredible. Highly recommend. Walking distance to the pier and restaurants. Best part is hearing the waves while in the living room or kitchen. Sitting on the deck during sunset too.

Great view, great location!

Thank you so much for this wonderful property! We really enjoyed the time there. The location and views were perfect. For our group, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect. The kitchen was great and had all we needed. The couch was comfy for relaxing. The beds and linens were very comfortable.

The house was beautiful. We just loved it. We were there the Christmas of 2023 when the waves were out of control. It was a wonderful experience. We can’t wait to come back. Spent a week. Wished it was 2.

Special spot in Oceanside

Wonderful condo with special amenities inc. a fire pit, steam shower and soaking tub…with stunning ocean views and crashing waves to fall asleep to. We will be back!!! :)

Fantastic place for a family trip!

There were 8 of us. We brought our four adult children and their spouses to celebrate the new year! So much room for all of us. The patio was the highlight, the views and space was used all day and night. Would definitely return!

Perfect beach condo!

Found this gem while looking for a place to have a family holiday getaway. We came from St Louis MO and Greenwich CT and up the coast in Anaheim to have some time together. This condo was just great. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was fantastic. Right on the beach. Listened to the waves each night. Close to stores and restaurants. We will. Ok again for sure!

Beach Getaway

This property continues to be a retreat for my family. It is spacious and the views of the ocean from the balcony are stunning. You will spend most of your time there. Patrick address any issues with the property in a more than timely manner. The only drawback was the elevator being broken limited my husband getting out more, but in the listing, it warns of accessibility issues.

Great location!

This townhome is so spacious with high end finishes and ideal for a large extended family or group. The ocean is right across the street and perfect for young kids that need naps or if you just want to go back to the unit for lunch. Walking distance to shops and the pier. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is huge and the comfortable couch in the living room seats 8 to 10 people. Perfect for playing family games at night. The managers were responsive when we had questions and this is our second year renting the same unit. We intend to make this our annual extended family vacation.

Girls weekend

Everything you need for a great beach weekend! Our only issue was a fire alarm that needed a battery/replacement at 10pm! Difficult to reach manager. Eventually had to drag a dresser over to it and take it down from the ceiling ourselves as there was no ladder tall enough to reach it! Noticed there were 3 other empty fire alarm spots at the back portion of the place and only one working one in the front bedroom! Taught us to check that when first arriving at a rental! Valuable lesson. But I would definitely stay there again!
