Great condo, great location, great communication- it was exactly what our group of 6 wanted! Well furnished and stocked, and even larger than pictures showed. But the location just ices the cake- Don’t hesitate to book this gem! I know we will return:)

This was a stunning property with incredible views. Everything was walking distance and easy to access. The host was quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and the property is well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need as far as pots, pans, etc. Balcony was wonderful. Outdoor furnishings and firepit were very nice and everything worked great!

Great location for family vacation. Host was very responsive to questions during our stay. Restaurants within walking distance, so once we parked the car, we didn't have to use it unless we chose to.

Beautiful property on the beach. You can't get any closer to the beach, Oceanside proper and the Oceanside Pier. The condo was beautiful, everything and more. Would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a get away even a staycation...... Highly recommend it.

This property is amazing. The house has absolutely everything you need, plus tons of toys for the beach, boogy boards, etc. Love sitting in the balcony and watching the ocean...we even saw dolphins! Close to everything. Plan on making this an annual trip!

Beach Living at its Best

Overall the experience was well worth the and we made memories to last. The condo was extremely clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked and gourmet for the cooks in the family. The views were incredible. Highly recommend. Walking distance to the pier and restaurants. Best part is hearing the waves while in the living room or kitchen. Sitting on the deck during sunset too.

Girls weekend

Everything you need for a great beach weekend! Our only issue was a fire alarm that needed a battery/replacement at 10pm! Difficult to reach manager. Eventually had to drag a dresser over to it and take it down from the ceiling ourselves as there was no ladder tall enough to reach it! Noticed there were 3 other empty fire alarm spots at the back portion of the place and only one working one in the front bedroom! Taught us to check that when first arriving at a rental! Valuable lesson. But I would definitely stay there again!

Spacious, clean and amazing location

We were two families with 3 kids between 8-11 years old and had plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. The place is huge and equipped with everything we could have ever needed. The terrace is relaxing and gave us amazing views and sounds of the ocean. We all lived in luxury during our stay. And it was such a plus to have two parking spaces in the garage. We were within a short walking distance to shops, amazing restaurants and beaches. A few of the days we cooked at home and had every kind of kitchen tool we needed. The property managers were helpful and responsive. The place is kept immaculately clean and well organized. The only downside of our stay (which has nothing to do with the property) was the foggy weather throughout most of the week which apparently is normal for this time of year. We made the best of it and drove about 20 miles north one of the days to find a sunny beach.

Highly Recommended

All in all a great home. Everything as advertised. Beds and sofa were comfortable. Everything was clean. We'll stay here again. Words of advice, however, there is no wifi on the balcony. We suggested to management that they fix that since we spent a lot of time out there. And, our Verizon and AT&T phones had no signal on the balcony, so be forewarned. Also, the instructions for the wifi in their advance email don't work - pay attention to the directions on the TV in the living room. Lastly, and this is very important... pay attention to the instructions in their guest book about locking the sliding doors to the deck. Unimaginable how this could work, but we locked ourselves out on the deck with no way to get back in (2nd floor). We had to yell down to strangers below, give them our front door access code so they could go in the house and let us back in. A bit of an unnerving experience. All that said, you can't beat the view and proximity to the beach.

Beach Heaven

What a beautiful property and great location in Oceanside. The beach was a few short steps from the property and a 10 minute walk to downtown Oceanside and the Pier. It was just as shown in the pictures. Very comfortable, three nice bedrooms and baths, as we had five people in our group. The living area and deck were great for getting to together, or just sitting around looking/silencing to the ocean waves. The view from deck was phenomenal, as we had the condo on the second floor. It was great to be up there watching the ocean and the surfers! The kitchen was fully equipped, which was great. We didn't do any main meals, but was perfect for light breakfast, drinks and snacks. There was beach equipment (chairs, floats, coolers, umbrellas) in the storage area; however, we only used the umbrellas while we were on the beach. They had beach towels right inside the door for you use and a small bucket and benches outside the door ready for us to rinse our feet before we went back into the condo. Having two parking spaces was great as we did come down in two vehicles. It was very quiet, although we had neighbors next us, so that very nice. We all had a wonderful time and look forward to staying there again in the future.
