We had a wonderful time. Location is top notch. Nice cozy and clean cottage. And comms between the owners was a breeze. Highly recommend this and will be coming back also.

We loved the apt. It was clean and being right on the water was amazing. Just hearing the waves was so peaceful. Being able to sit on the porch and watch the beach and the waves was as well. The apartment is small but that was fine with us. Perfect size for two people. The bed was so comfortable. We had a great time walking down the beach to the pier and down the long pier. Both times we went there were pelicans (very large species) on the pier. The fisherman on the pier feed them fish. It is pelican retirement time. They just get to sit there looking beautiful. And it is great to watch them eat a fish. The beach is crowded but beautiful.

Our stay at Pacific Villas was exactly what we needed. It was a quick trip to California filled with stunning ocean views—and best of all, falling asleep to the sound of the waves each night. It was incredibly peaceful. The villa looked just like the photos—super cute and very clean—and the location was perfect, within walking distance to restaurants and everything we needed. We would absolutely recommend it and can’t wait to come back!

This was an ideal getaway for two people. The place was spotless and well-equipped. The host provided plenty of information, including a long list of ideas for eating, sightseeing, etc (as well as some discounts for doing things). The ocean view was spectacular and we spent a lot of time sitting on the great deck just enjoying the view. The little space heater was very welcome on the cool mornings and heated the space perfectly. The bed was comfy and the comforter was toasty. We will definitely be back!

Awesome location!

We enjoyed our brief stay in this townhouse, located right across the street from the ocean. The views from the balcony were spectacular, we watched surfers, whales, dolphins swimming! We had a great time, and would return again if in the area!

What a view

This was by far my favorite rental I’ve ever stayed in. It was clean, perfect location, perfect views, comfortable bed, up front parking, and beautiful walk to local restaurants, bars, and parks. I already booked another stay. Can’t wait to return!

AMAZING!

So quaint, so clean, SO close to the water!! Even though it was coooold outside (mid-November, to be expected!) we were able to sit in the coziness of the living room and listen to the sounds of the ocean and watch the waves lap over the rocks mere feet away. I was so sad to only spend one night at this Villa but we will definitely be back! The property manager is so kind and very easy to work with and super fast communication. Definite 11/10. Thanks for making my 50th birthday one to remember!! :)

Lovely small getaway, right on the ocean

This little condo is amazing. Look out the window and the ocean is right there! Solid wifi and amenities, and stellar communication from the property manager Lauren. Aside from cars passing by that really want you to hear their obnoxious music (not the property's fault at all), this was the perfect spot to get away from the hustle for a few days. I'm definitely planning another stay here!

Great Location

Condo is located on the Strand. Close to the Pier and restaurants. Very clean. Could use some dressers. Overall, a very nice unit. Would stay here again.
