Oceanside - Triple Decker

If you want to stay "on the ocean," this is your place. 3 levels of a home to enjoy the waves from and literally on the water! Wonderful setup.

Family Get Together

The house was lovely and in a great location. The beach is accessible via a short walk down the street (like 2 houses down). The house is situated above the retaining wall of the beach that, during high-tide, waves crash into. When the tide recedes, the beach opens up for recreation. We saw many dolphins, pelicans, gulls, and an occasional sea lion. The house is spacious and has all the amenities needed. Appreciate the stay, would visit again. The only “negative” but not a big deal, is that the driveway is very narrow and parking in it isn’t allowed. There’s garage space available, but you need a very small car to be able to get into it, because of the narrow driveway, so we parked in the street. Again, no problem, and everyone in the neighborhood seems to park on the street as well, so it was all good.

Great Place

This house is fantastic! Beautiful location, updated furniture inside and out. Everything worked great. Comfortable couches and beds. The outdoor grill was a little weak, but everything else was wonderful.

Beautiful/Peaceful Stay

This property is very beautiful and peaceful right on the ocean! The amenities mentioned in the listing were accurate and then some! This was our annual family summer trip to the beach and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was very comfortable and spacious for all of our family. Dave was extremely communicative and checked in throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. I would recommend staying here if visiting the area for your next vacation.

Great Staycation!

We loved our stay here, the house was perfect for our group, which was a mix of parents and teens. All the decks gave everyone a space to hang out and enjoy the views. The beach access was a bit difficult so make plans to pack a bag and walk a block or two if you want to spend time at the beach. All in all we had a great visit and were very pleased with the home!

Great Beach Front Location

Beachfront location and views are fantastic. Very close to downtown and the pier. Home was clean and beds very comfortable. Great stocked kitchen for cooking and BBQ available on the deck for grilling. David was very responsive during the booking process. We would definitely book again.

Fantastic Home and the Views!

This was a wonderful home, and we really enjoyed our time there. The beds were really comfy and the property manager was really nice to work with. The ocean view was really something to wake up to each morning. We really enjoyed the various patio areas on the home, as well. The home lists 4 bedrooms, but there are 3, plus the open loft, so that was a little challenging with our guest configuration, but we made it work. It would be nice if there was some screening, maybe a heavy curtain that you could pull for privacy. This listing also shows a 4-car garage, but you only have access to one of the garages for a car and a second bay for storage, but no car. You can't utilize the driveway because there is a second unit below you, which I didn't realize was there. I thought we had the entire house. That wasn't an issue at all and we really never heard the people below. There is also plenty of parking on the street, so parking ultimately wasn't an issue either. All in all, we had a lovely time and really enjoyed the house.

Excellent vacation home

We travel a lot and have been fortunate to rent high end vacation homes that have been incredible. This home surpasses all the others! The pictures do not lie it is even more magnificent in person, it is well stocked and has everything you need plus more. The property manager Dave is attentive, thoughtful, courteous and kind. We had an issue with our oven Friday afternoon. I didn’t think there would be anyway anything could be done on Friday afternoon before Christmas. Dave took care of it immediately, he had a repair man out within an hour and our oven was fixed then and there. I can’t say enough good things about this property. There is no way you can go wrong renting this vacation home it is absolutely breathtaking inside and out. 3 upper level Incredible decks and a shared fire pit on ocean. The kitchen is a dream. It is magnificent, large and well stocked with 2 fridges and freezers, keurig, percolator, Nesspresso maker for the coffee lovers. Walk in pantry. There is truly nothing lacking. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Master bedroom is incredible. Laundry room on second floor , shower and bathroom in garage when coming in from the sand. There’s everything you can possibly want in this home. There is no way you can go wrong the property manager Dave is incredibly attentive if needed. This was by far the best vacation home we rented (and we rent a lot). It was simply incredible.
