The view was stunning! The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were well stocked (except for a lack of conditioner in the shower nearest the kitchen and trash bags in the kitchen). The host was responsive to our concerns (nails sticking up out of the flooring in the kitchen, which was especially concerning for our one-year-old and an unexplained alarm going off throughout the house).

Location was unbelievable, right on water. We loved this house. Exceptionally clean, well stocked kitchen with plenty of room to accommodate twelve adults. Host contacted us right after we checked in to make sure everything was as expected. We will return soon.

Family vacation

Property was great set up for multiple families to stay. Would highlight that it has 2 sets of washers/dryers in unit which is so helpful with kids. Only complaint is refrigerator. We planned to eat most meals in but had to throw away most of the food we purchased because the fridge does not cool down to acceptable temp. and did not keep anything cold.

Spring break trip

The property etc is perfect except for the parking. It is a very tight squeeze in the garage, so that was nerve wracking. And the refrigerator door opens into the wall, which is cumbersome. But any little nuisance was more than offset by the gorgeous views and the ideal house setup for our college golf team. The property managers were very responsive. Highly recommend this property (if you’re good at using backup cameras etc.) We would stay there again!

Good location and decent place

Location is good - close to everything and house is set up well with most everything you’d need for a large group. We had 9 in our party and everyone had adequate space. The garage is tight - and it’s a PIA to get in and out of. The partition in the garage is not a good thing and one of our party damaged his car on it. There were also no address numbers on the outside of the house which made it difficult to find in the dark. Grill didn’t work so we couldn’t make dinner one night and they were prompt to come out and look at it. Repaired the next day. Overall not a bad place.

Spacious with Great Location

There were seven of us gathered together for a reunion. We enjoyed the spectacular views and spacious accommodations. Great shopping and dining choices an be found in nearby Carlsbad.

Great House with a view

Perfect house with a view. The house worked great with our group. It had the right amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved the hot tub on one of the decks. Easy neighborhood to walk around!

Great vacation in Oceanside

The property was clean and well maintained. There was plenty of room for our party of nine adults. Wonderful views if the ocean and the property had easy access to other recreational activities. We enjoyed our stay and we will return!

Great Time

We enjoyed our stay. The view of the ocean was fantastic. We had a couple of issues with appliances but the rental management replied immediately and fixed whatever needed to be fixed immediately. I would rent here again.

Beach weekend

My friends and I had an absolutely phenomenal time! The VRBO house was beautiful and spacious. We were close to downtown and had plenty of space for all 12 of us. The management company was very communicative and helpful. If we ever want a fancy beach weekend again, we will definitely book here.

Several observations: There was no garbage disposal. The oven didn't work. One of the clothes dryers was not working. Beach access was not easy. (The description said 'rocky beach,' but there was no beach - just rocks.) There was no notebook or binder of information about the property or the surrounding area - you had to go online to access any such info. I did not feel communication with the property managers was very good - I had to phone them on Thursday prior to our checking in on Saturday in order to get info about the procedures. They should have been in better contact with me. Otherwise, we are a happy family and enjoyed our get-away.

Perfect birthday getaway

We had an awesome time staying here! It had ample room for all 14 adults to eat and hang out together, and everyone had a place to sleep. The views were breathtaking, and the location was great—we could walk to the beach and a few cafes and restaurants nearby. While the property was amazing, the property managers also made this a great experience! They were easy to communicate with and answered questions and requests super quickly. Overall. I would absolutely book here again!

Great facility, poorly managed

Family of 14 had a good time despite serious issues not addressed in a timely manner. We were there from Wednesday to Sunday. It took until Friday to have ceiling fans cleaned (reported Wednesday after gunk flew off one of the fa blades over a bed). It took until Saturday to get a shower curtain rod replaced. It took until Saturday to get a new mattress (requested Thursday, then they brought the wrong size first, then the right size without linens. Hardest part was the inconsistency of hot water. Among the 14 of us, we took 20 cold showers. I called Beachfront only the Monday after we left to register my complaint. The employee said they took notes and said they a manager would call me Tuesday at the latest. I called on Friday when I hadn’t heard. It’s now been ten days and I still haven’t heard from them. They violated California law requiring hot water. I cannot recommend them at all.

LOTS OF FUN!!

This Ocean Front property worked really well for our family vacation!! With 10 adults, 2 kids and a tween we had enough room and the property was great!! It does have quirks and need a little maintenance but over all the property was great and management was Excellent, any issue where taken care of very quickly. Thanks for the great memories made!!
