The view was the only good experience about our stay. The house was not cleaned including the patio furniture. The fridge was broken, they delivered dry ice to keep it cold overnight. Next morning, I was told someone would be getting in touch with me about the fridge. Late morning Peter showed up at the door, no call or warning before we had just sat down to breakfast. After being the 2nd person to come determine the fridge wasn't working we agreed on a plan of just dry ice so we wouldn't be disturbed. He leaves and again with no warning someone shows up to work on the fridge. He takes all our food out of the freezer which was working, puts it in the sink spends 2 hours. I get a text from Peter telling me someone is coming to work on the fridge, after said person was already there! The guy says its fixed, but his boss is telling him he needs to replace the whole fridge. We put all our food back. We leave with the understanding that he is going to replace the fridge. I get a text from Peter saying the same. We get back and the fridge hasn't been replaced. I text Peter because our food is now going bad, because the fridge wasn't fixed. He responds his workers told him they were on site and we refused them entry?! I don't know who refused them entry, we were gone. The gate was still propped open, for a delivery like when we left. They delivered dry ice again. We lost food and were inconvenienced through the weekend. I have tried for 2 weeks now with Peter at every turn blowing me off, I sent a very detailed email through their main website which no one has responded to for over a week, even though they say turn around time is 24 hrs. This company had the worst customer service and they aren't interested in making things right.
