It’s nice if you know what you’re renting. Communication is very disjointed and disappointing. The owner does not respond to any messaging. Communication is only through the property manager, but they close after 4pm (Mon-Sat) and all of Sunday. Any other time, you have to deal with Patrol and HOA, which closes early on the weekends. Watch out for patrolman, Pablo. He only knows how to check you in at Patrol office, but doesn’t know how or doesn’t want to help you with anything else. He refused to assist me in retrieving my much needed property after checking early only 2 hours prior (have rented and pain for condo until the following day). The property manager and other patrolmen, except Pablo, are very nice and helpful. Parking is very limited.My family and friends were enjoying our stay until we encountered Pablo. Also, the condo does not have AC. It was rather hot and muggy without windows and doors being left open. Otherwise, the condo is clean and has all of the amenities as listed. I wouldn’t stay at this place again. I rented this place to relax and destress, but ended up stressed out about not knowing exactly what to expect with the disjointed communication and Pablo.

Wonderful location with great beach for little kids and teens to body board and/or just build sand castles and play in the waves. Amenities were great and the grounds were beautiful! We loved it here and would come back in a heartbeat. We came a in a day late and very late at night and they accommodated our unexpected travel change. Loved this place!

Wonderful stay overall... the grassy oceanfront terrace on the north end location with beach access and outdoor showers 20 feet front the front door on the quietest part of the beach make this the best property for rent within NCV in our estimation. Fantastic beach for our teens to body board. The condo itself isn't top-end luxury but very nicely appointed and better in person than the photos. Kitchen is well-equipped but just be aware there is only salt and pepper in the cupboards if you're planning to cook. Would have loved a private BBQ on the terrace but other than that it was perfect for a weekend. Note that the assigned parking space is very squeezy if you have a larger truck or SUV... check-in was very smooth (we arrived on Saturday when staff was in the parking lot handing out keys) and key drop-off was simple once we managed to find the HOA office (which is marked on the property map but I was lazily expecting signs around the grounds to guide me there and then it took a sec to realize it was up on the second floor)

A break from the heat!

We enjoyed a lovely stay and the accommodation we great!!My only constructive criticism is the bathroom towels were low quality. There was no softness to them, and they were very rough to your skin and face. I disliked them enough that I would bring my own from home at our next visit. Everything else worked great for us. V

Beautiful location

The home itself is beautiful and very comfortable. Great location, walking distance to everything. The only thing i felt was missing was the normal personal touches that most vrbos have..... coffee, cooking oils and spices, lotion, things like that. We arrived late and didn't have a chance to stop for anything as far as groceries go, so it was just a bit inconvenient is all.

Such a perfect little getaway location!

We recently came and stayed in this condo for a long weekend and it was the best! Plenty of room for a family of five and the kitchen and living room were spacious and comfortable too. But the view!!!! That was the real star of the show. I loved the little grassy backyard area to sit and look out at the water, and my kids had easy access to the beach (not through the backyard, but through a nearby gate out the front). I loved being able to sit and watch them play in the water from a comfortable view. Such an added bonus is the resort property itself. The large heated pool was awesome, as was the spacious hot tub. My husband loved the gym and we didn't have time to use the game room, but will definitely do that next time! Everything felt so safe and family-friendly, and there was so much to do, we didn't even need to leave the property the entire time we were there. The hosts were also very prompt in getting back to us with questions. But back to the view... unbeatable! We truly loved staying here and hope to be able to again in the future.

Ocean view vacation

The view from this condo is amazing and the Christmas decorations around the complex were beautiful! Everyone was so helpful and check in and out were very quick. Great vacation! The only issue was many dead ants in the bathrooms upon arrival, and several live ants in bathrooms after a couple days. The management promptly responded to this concern and we didn’t see many ants in the rest of the condo.

Second Year in Paradise is a Success

This is our second year in a row at E15, and we continue to be appreciative that the hosts share this little slice of paradise with others. As is the case, this is all about location. You are right on the beach, and the unit is more than enough to meet the needs of a family of five (a teenager and two toddlers). We upgraded to a minivan this year and while snug, parking was still doable without much issue. We already can't wait to do it again next year.

Amazing oceanfront getaway

During previous stays at North Coast Village, I was envious of the units right on the water. I was surprised when one was available. It did not disappoint! You can't beat the location right on the water with a patii and take. The unit was clean and comfortable. Comfortable bed. Only very minor downsides: no water filter of any kind and the door is difficult to lock. Going to sleep with the sound of the waves is smazing! We will be back!aamazing!

Super clean and perfect location!

Cannot get much closer to the ocean that this! Loved watching the surfers and sunsets from the patio. We had family staying in another unit and they loved coming to check out our view! Very easy walk to beaches, pier, and Oceanside restaurants. Close proximity to parking was also a plus. The rental company and the on-site property manager were both fantastic to deal with. Would absolutely stay here again!

The condo was a wonderful experience- one of the best locations out of my approximate ten times staying in Oceanside. It was very clean, 180 degrees of oceanfront views, close to the assigned parking, easy check in/out. I would definitely recommend this place!😃

On the Beach Paradise

In my humble opinion, this is one of the best, if not the best, units at North Coast Village. You can not beat the location, and having your own semi-private backyard to watch every sunset from us worth every penny. For a family of five (two soon to be toddlers and a soon to be teenager), this unit has everything you could need. The home is well furnished, clean and easy to miss the moment your time is up. We will definitely be back at E15. One more insight for those curious, yes parking is tight but not unrealistic. We had a Honda CRV, and even with a car parked in the adjacent spot it wasn't much of an issue. I would say anything bigger than a minivan and you'll probably have more trouble depending on the overall garage occupancy on any given day. Overall, the place is incredible and it's location both to the beach and the parking spot eliminated so many of the little time nibblers planning out your trip. We can't wait to return

Our stay was perfect! Our only complaint would be the parking space reserved for our room was incredibly difficult to get in or out of. Not was it limited access but the property/complex stores it's large trash bin directly behind our space which added to the difficulty. Overall experience was very good room cleanliness location and access to all amenities was perfect. Thank you!

Very nice oceanfront first-floor 2BR unit

Absolutely loved our stay even though it rained for several days out of the week. Great views through the patio door of the ocean waves as they rolled in. Very nice to sit out on the patio (when it wasn't raining) to take in the beach and the ocean view.

Amazing Beach Front Views

This property met all of our expectations and we would highly recommend staying here with family and friends. Easy beach access and amazing beach views only steps out the back patio. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again in the future. The complex is quite large and definitely gives a vacation vibe once you step foot on to the property. Our condo was exactly as advertised and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.
