Thank you for the wonderful use of your well equipped, clean, inviting Condo at North Coast Village. The location were perfect for us looking out at the scenery the water and the pool and only one flight up. It was perfect for two seniors grandparents we were able to walk to the harbor and to the pier with our visiting grandchildren who lived nearby. My only suggestion is maybe a new comforter for the king size bed. However, the bed was extremely comfortable and the sheets were fine . I would definitely consider renting the same unit F108 at Thanksgiving time and next February. These are the vacation times we came out to visit my son‘s family.

There were only 3 things that I need to report that were a problem-a missing balister on the balcony that left a space big enough for my visiting 3 year old grandson to fit thru.(I didn't let him, of course), the need for a grab rail on the wall in the bathtub and the coffee mugs had chips on them. Otherwise our stay and accomondations were wonderful. I would definitely recommend to my friends!

Loved this location. The unit was clean and well appointed. I loved the garden view overlooking the pool. The property is the perfect blend of access to California beaches and a tropical setting. I would consider renting again.

It was a great place to stay with my sister when I was back home for a family event. Kitchen had what we needed - nice fridge, two types of coffee makers, toaster. The bed was super comfortable (I would love to know what brand of mattress it is). The overhead fans and one large portable fan helped circulate the fresh air. I would totally stay in this unit again!

Just alright

My family and I have stayed North Coast Village a few times now and this condo is just alright. You can see the pool from the balcony, the bed was comfortable, it has a fireplace, the flooring was nice. The only thing we didn’t like was the bathroom, the shower curtain was gross had rust on it and didn’t look like it is changed from stay to stay. Also, there are a lot of ants in this condo even in the microwave. The property managers were very nice and gave us ant bait to fix it but still too many ants. Overall we had a great stay near the beach.

Ants, ants, ants. Please tell people before they book that there are expected to have ants, though i have stayed in complex and the area in other places before and had no issue. They were not heavy but couldn't sit on couch, fix meal, bathe, use microwave, etc without several present.did not feel comfortable, will not stay again. I practically itched myself raw always feeling like something crawling on me.

This property is beautiful ! Right on the beach .. owners have beach chairs for you to use . Chairs on patio over look ocean. It Has a full kitchen , nice dining area and very comfortable couches for the times where you just want to relax. Didn’t use the other amenities but the pool looked beautiful. The only downfall is there isn’t laundry in unit , that would have really made it perfect !

Ocean Side is Magical

Beautiful condo complex located directly on the beach. Great property amenities for all ages with a well equipped fitness rooms. Property was under quite a bit of redevelopment projects during our stay but minimal disruption. The unit we stayed in was well equipped with all supplies needed.

Winter Break

The apartment is beautiful and clean. The king bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The door knob is a little tricky, be careful when opening the door is you don’t want to bust your knuckles against the wall. I’ve enjoyed all of the amenities especially the pool & the hot tub. The shared gas grills are super clean and very popular at dinner time. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of the construction going on right outside this unit balcony where they are adding a new hot tub area. There is construction going on in some of the units throughout the complex as well. The construction noises were usually done by 3:00pm. I will not hold the construction against them because I know these things are done off season. But I do wish I would’ve known before booking so I had the opportunity to select a different unit. Overall I had a good time and once the construction is all done, I would rent this unit again.

We had a wonderful week. This was our third stay at NCV, but our first time in this unit. It overlooks the pool. It was comfortable. Lots of hangers and closet space. Unfortunately, the wagon had a broken handle which made it difficult to get our belongings to the beach but we would rent this unit again. It’s beautiful here!

Excellent family vacation experience

The condo and facility was perfect for our family vacation, it was even better than expected. Plenty of room for a family of 4, lots of room for both sleeping and down time between excursions. The place was set up with all the necessities and very clean. The condo complex was also very organized for check in and has multiple entertainment options.

Checked in afee dark and should have been given specific information about the bldg #.

No coffee for the morning after arrival so we had to search where to get coffee. Could hear footsteps above our heads on the last night stay. Overall the pkace was nice.
