A perfect location

The condo is great and bigger than what the pics portray. Ample room for storage. Great deck. Property manager was very responsive and checked in throughout or stay. The condo patrol folks were great too. Would love to stay here again!

We really enjoyed ourselves here, close to the beach, clean and up to date, would definitely stay again. The only issue was the laundry, absolutely terrible the way it is set up, you have to purchase a credit card from the machine which is about 8 and then you still have to load it with the money for the machines. It is a total ripoff and to make it even worse there's absolutely no instructions explaining how to do it, my wife bought 4 cards thinking they were defective. We happened to meet a cleaning lady who explained how it worked, but still a ripoff. But, that experience still had little impact on the rest of our stay, we would still definitely stay there again!

It was super clean and nicely furnished, with a wonderful view of the beach from the private balcony. The grounds are lush and gorgeous and the location allows you to be on the sand and enjoying walks on the strand in a minute's walk. Staff was professional and helpful and communication was great.

I had a comfortable, quiet place to rest and pull myself together. After my wife's discharge we could finally enjoy every remaining minute of our stay. All of our needs were met and the remodel was perfection. Being in this environment I know helped my wife's recovery. Thank you for your very understanding communication with us. We'll be back!

Perfect Getaway

Everything was very clean and ready for us to have a great relaxing time. Really appreciated the small pool in our building A. Was never very busy and very protected from the wind. The walk to the beach was real easy and close. The parking in the garage was easy and secure. I would definitely request this unit again, even though you don’t get much sun on the balcony until the mid afternoon due to it facing the north. Not a lot of heating options, had the fireplace going the whole time to stay warm. We did have one issue with the kitchen sink, when we let them know, they came and took care of it right away. There was a leak behind the toilet that we let them know about other than that, Everything was great perfect little place.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place needs help with window coverings. Vertical blinds had missing slats and the remaining slats were mis-alligned. There was an uncovered 8-inch gap in the living room and enough slats missing in the bedroom that the room was lit as soon as the sky outside. The room was clean and nicely appointed, but the windows did not block unwanted light and offered no privacy. It was rough trying to sleep in a well lit room. Would not recommend.

Reviewer Comments: The property by itself was in good condition, except a very bad smell like a mold in the bedroom.The reason why I decided to leave this review is patrol office "service", Homeowner association "service", and MakeMyVacation site representatives "service". The night we arrived we were given such a small parking spot with a storage box on the wall that my van could not fit at all. I was told by worker from patrol office that he can NOT do anything about this and told me to park on a City parking lot that costs additional $5 each day!!!!The very next day I had to spend time to figure out that there is a SECOND parking spot is assigned to the unite that we rented!!!! And the guy from patrol office knew about that. But he made me to spend time (in the middle of the night!!!) to look for the parking outside of the building!!!!Another huge problem was during our stay.Starting almost every morning around 6:45am a dog was running and barking in the unit ABOVE us.It was running and barking at 12:00am or 1:00am as well!!!!! It was not a service dog for sure.Service dogs are not running as a crazy and don't bark!I called patrol office couple times regarding this problem, I contacted the Homeowner association 3 times, and called MakeMyVacation.All of them told me that they can do NOTHING about that.And this happens in facility where dogs are prohibited!!!!!So, we paid big money in order to have a restful vacation. Instead, listened this stupid dog in early morning and late night for 7 days. So, the Homeowner association and MakeMyVacation do awful job to solve problems with a huge noise issue.Everyone can bring their dog and make the North Coast Village a big mess!I will repeat the dog was NOT a service dog and nothing was done to remove that tenant who broke "no dogs" policy.I can only recommend the property by itself because it was a good union.

Another great stay at NCV

My husband and I stay at NCV every Summer and this condo was great. Clean and had a lovely view. We decided to stay an extra night and called and spoke to someone with the management company that was a big help! Made it easy and enjoyable.

We'll be back.

The place is cared for, and that's how we felt there. Just right supply of things, great kitchen, secure location, the lanai was our favorite place the whole time, nice pool. Good walking area. Did really well for the 3 of us. The mgmt was perfect - available but unobtrusive.
