The house was PERFECT for our needs and so wonderful being right on the beach. We loved everything about it and the ammenities in the house were more than enough for all of our guests. We would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay on the top unit of the house. The entrances to the two units are completely separate and private. The deck has gorgeous views in both directions of the beach. The house has stairs that go down to a private area on the sand. We could also walk to the beach via a public path right next to the house. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms with all the amenities that you would need including plenty of kitchen and beach towels. Fireplaces in the living room and on the deck are a plus. Bright and modern decor. Sparkling clean. Great communication with the host. We already booked our next year's stay for the same place.

Great location

We booked for graduation at UCSD and had a wonderful stay. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room. I would highly recommend this location and this group for beach rentals

Oceanfront

My family and I had a really nice stay. The views were beautiful, the place was clean and plenty of space for all 10 of us. Had some difficulty with the ac but they sent someone right away. The plot next door was empty so it was nice to be able to get to the water that way (very rocky, but sand at the water). There is a cute place to walk to called Buccaneer Cafe that is a must - great coffee/juice and good food (breakfast/lunch only).

Poor quality

The quality of the property is terrible. Broken, rusty window frames. We couldn't use 1 of the bedrooms because the window could not be closed. The garage is extremely small, none of our cars (sedans) fit in there. The overall cleanliness of the property was very questionable. We did not have a good experience there at all and it is way too expensive for something as falsely advertised as this apartment. It is really a shame because of it was properly updated and cleaned it would be a very nice place.

Beachfront in Oceanside

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I think most of the comments describe the place exactly the way it is. Make sure to read the first 5 don’t book if you have any issue with things already listed. Just a few things from our point of view. We did fit a 5 person SUV in the garage. You have to guide the driver and there was less than an inch wiggle room in the front. It was easier just to park on the street and had no issues. On the weekend people were climbing all over the sides of property but during the week it was pretty quite. Owner was installing fencing the day we left and I think that might help. I wish I had seen the comment about Tupperware - I would have bought some and left it... the house needs it. Same with some more basic stuff oil / sugar or sugar packs etc. we left ours behind but I am sure it will get tossed but I tried lol. There are 14 sets of towels regardless of how many people come - we were only 10 so there were plenty to go around. We brought extra towels bc of the reviews but we didn’t need them. Our only disappointment was that the outside deck and stairs to Ocean had been washed away... we would have loved to sit out there. The neighbor mentioned that permit was submitted months ago to fix, so I hope that gets done soon and he adds sand area like properties next door. No beach chairs or umbrella as everyone else mentioned and I agree with other comments there should be some for any beach property but wasn’t upset since I knew. I honestly book beach rentals so I don’t have to carry all that **** around.... We did have a few people park their RV outside right in front of empty lot and stay several days - we were not bothered by it, don’t see the difference between that person and other people that just shows up. Honestly smart free beach front property! Also fans in every room in the closet’s so don’t worry about the timing thing just plug a fan in or even better open the window and listen to the waves :)

The only complaint I have is they said we have two parking but the garage door was not working so we cannot park inside there and I call and they send someone down to fix it and he said I think it’s the outlet and I’ll be back to take care of it they never came back to take care of it.

Beautiful home very clean everything you can great check in but no air-conditioning. And it was hot.

The place was amazing perfect location, easy check-in, great greeting by the representative from the rental company, huge place that accommodated our family. Very clean with everything you could possibly need. Our only complaint was that all but one room were very very hot and the fans didn’t cut it. Two of my family members left Saturday night because it was just too hot. Besides the temperature everything else was wonderful. It would’ve been nice to have air-conditioning however I know from living in Southern California most homes on the beach do not have air-conditioning but this was a time that we could’ve really really used it

Misrepresented, not maintained

The property was misrepresented and poorly maintained Doors broken, furniture worn out, deck boarded off for safety, ants everywhere, no beach access, blankets dirty, dryer broken. On top of that ZERO response to fix items from mgt. Don’t stay here, it was a rip off

Great house - parking is an issue

House is as advertised. I stayed with my large family and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only problem is parking. The parking garage present is not suitable for large cars such as minivans or suvs. We resorted to street parking or parking in the management facility which was not convenient.

Beautiful View and Sparkling Clean

There were 11 of us for Thanksgiving weekend and the house worked perfectly! Plenty of sleeping accommodations for all of us and a well-equipped kitchen. View can’t be beat!

Great stay but timed light switches not.

The six of us enjoyed our stay. We didn’t like the fan and light switches which had timers on them. They were horrible and would rather have on off not multiple timers. The fan would only go for an hour. Luckily it was cool when we were here. I really think you need to go to a simple on/off switch.

Unforgettable Experience

We celebrated my friend’s 50th birthday and it couldn’t have been a better experience. The view made us feel as though we had traveled to another country far away from home. It was unbelievable.
