We loved our five nights at this property! Five spacious bedrooms and multiple bathrooms were all well appointed. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with all the necessary equipment. The view and location were truly outstanding! Very close to everything. The parking was great for two vehicles. Beach area is a 2-3 minute walk. Our family loved the property and would highly recommend it. We would definitely stay here again.

The location of the property was great! The view was fantastic with no traffic directly in front of the unit. Easy walk to the beach, town and wharf. I rented the condo on the 2nd floor with a condo above and the noise transfer was very disruptive with occupants running and jumping at all hours. After contacting the host several times, nothing changed. The number of bedrooms was great with almost as many bathrooms however the showers in half of the unit were unusable and horribly outdated. The beds were uncomfortable and the floors were filthy when we arrived. There was no vacuum in the unit, only a dry floor mop. I had to contact the host for the wifi code and the location of the trash bins. It did contain two washers & dryers that were helpful since towels were scarce. Nice to pack and walk out of the unit and no need to unmake beds or wash the linens.

Terrific Trip

Our family loved our stay at the beachfront condo. When we arrived the condo was clean and well stocked for our family stay. The location was great as it was walking distance from the pier and shops. I would highly recommend this condo for any family gathering.

Great Accommodations!

This place worked well for our family with adult children. Plenty of space for our group of 8 with a nice roomy kitchen with plenty of counter space, ample eating and casual seating space, and nice sized bedrooms. Two parking spots available but our son parked on street each night. Communication was great. View of ocean was spectacular. This place could easily accommodate 5 couples. Did I mention it was very clean?!

Cleaning people

Our check in was 4p. When checking in the cleaning people were sitting on the couch and the cleaning wasn’t done. We just had them be done so we could get in as it was a long day. I would rate the inside cleaning a 2 which was disappointing. However the property manager was great to work with.

Very responsive management team

View is amazing. The place was very clean and as advertised. We ran into some minor issues with the property (hot water was off) but management responded promptly and fixed the issue immediately. They were very easy to contact. Check in and check out was a breeze. Only thing I didn't expect was that the kitchen was not stocked with cooking supplies such as oil, sugar etc. but I still give them 5 stars.

Great location

The ocean and sunset views are amazing here and along with the ocean breeze and the sound of the surf made for a very refreshing stay. The pier and downtown is close by and the harbor is not much farther. The condo is set up well for large groups (two sets of washers/dryers). The only issues we had during our 10-day stay were: 1) preheating the oven set off the fire alarm but turning on the exhaust fan quickly solved the problem and 2) construction noise (which usually started around 7am during the week) from the property next door was an annoying alarm clock when we left the windows open but otherwise wasn't too bad and we appreciated the discount on the rate.

Great weekend getaway

Beautiful house with easy check in and check out procedures. The windows in the main living room opened up to a beautiful view of the ocean and a great ocean breeze. While staying at the house, the fire alarm went off twice in different units, but other than that, we enjoyed our weekend stay.

Gorgeous views!

The views from this home were fantastic!. The spacious property was ideal for my extended family, and the home was well-equipped. The underground parking and elevator made it easy to unload our gear and settle in quickly. The 1/4 mile walk to the beach was doable, but bring a wagon to help transport your chairs, cooler and sand toys.

Perfect location!

This place is beautiful! Perfect location to hear and see the ocean. Short walk to the Coaster station and restaurants and bars. We saw dolphins every day. The only complaint we had was the floors and the oven were not cleaned prior to us arriving. There were crumbs and rice on the kitchen floor. They offered to come and touch up the floors but there were 10 of us so we opted to clean it ourselves. That being said we would definitely stay here again!

Find another place!

Within the first 18 hours in the property, we had the fire department come twice and the police department once. All the fire alarms went off the first night twice and the fire department came and reset once and then had to remove the second time. The fire department was clear in advising us they’d been at this unit multiple times for faulty wiring. There was no answer at the management company’s off hours emergency number. The next morning, our family’s car was broken into and damaged in the building garage, prompting the police call. Upon calling the management office to request the security tape from garage camera, we were told the camera doesn’t work. Management did send someone to replace the smoke detectors but they went off again and also had to be disconnected. Upon speaking with the management office again they were extremely dismissive and never sent anyone back to fix. This may not be a big issue for some, but one of our guests just had their house burn down a few months ago and lost everything. This was supposed to be a relaxing vacation but to see someone crying uncontrollably due to that trauma when the piercing alarms went off was so upsetting. As for the car break in, the response from management was “not our responsibility”. So in addition to our emotional toll, there was additional financial cost incurred. The townhouse is not in a safe area. There is not a beach in front just boulders. Highly recommend avoiding this property and management company. VRBO should drop from their client list. Why associate with a company who does not share your good customer relations values.

Large house with amazing views.

We had a great time at this rental property in Oceanside. Three adults and 4 teens/kids stayed and we had room to spare. The view is amazing. The adults spent most of our time sitting on the couch in front of the huge sliding window that overlooked the ocean taking in the views and enjoying the amazing ocean breeze. The kids loved the spa. The two underground reserved parking spaces were nice, though it was definitely a tight fit getting two mid size SUVs to fit. About a 20 minute walk down the strand to the closest sandy beach. The balcony was a little dirty, and the elevator and other common areas could use a good cleaning. Inside, the rental was very clean. Plenty of towels and the two sets of washers and dryers was very convenient. Overall we had a great stay and we all agreed we would definitely stay here again.

The wifi was not good at all, or called service. The early check out , was no in line with other stays i had with VRBO. The lobby and oceanside of the building needed some curb appeal. Bedrooms should be equipment with TVs.
