Loved it!

This place is in the perfect location! Big enough for the 8 of us to all have space! Parking is a plus! There's nothing like having the ocean right in front of you!

Great getaway!

My wife, son (16), daughter (12) and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the place. We had my assistant and her husband and 3 kids over. Plenty of room, clean, beautiful and fun! Can’t wait to come back!

Great beach home location

This was the perfect vacation rental to have my family all come together for some rest and relaxation! The property is adorable and well laid out. Every bedroom has a private bathroom. The retractable doors were perfect to sit and enjoy the beach. Perfect location to restaurants and conveniences. Definately will go back again

Good Ocean View

As disclosed, there is a lightly traveled street between this four unit residence and the beach. Location is in walking distance to the pier, many restaurants, and harbor. Overall a good experience and I will consider returning.

Birthday Weekend

Right on the sand so much so that we were the envy of all passers by. Exquisite property and location. Well appointed with each bedroom with an en suite. Clean residence with modern look. Responsive management company. Enjoyed our stay and it made the 50th birthday celebration special for all involved!

Weekend getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an excellent condo . We used it to stay for a lacrosse tournament my kids were participating in . I will say , it’s perfectly laid out for a family of 2 or a large family . It has plenty of bathrooms and the living room and kitchen has ample space .. you can’t beat the views .. it’s also beach front , with actual beach not rocks ... We plan to go back in the summer

Great location

The view was perfect, the beach just across the street. This was for a special birthday and I wanted my family around. There was plenty of space for 10 people. The first bedrooms sink had a drainage issue, but that happens with sand. The only suggestion I would make is to install a timed shower outside to get rid of the sand. There is a palm tree on south east corner that could be replaced by a shower. Best part was I didn't have to change sheets, or clean when we left.

Perfect Location

The space was perfect for my family of 9(including 3 Infants). The Views from the balcony were amazing. You can hear the ocean and the Sunsets were incredible. Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to others.

Ocean front in Oceanside

Perfect location right along the sandy beach area in Oceanside. Very convenient when staying with children.

The view!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The view and sound of the ocean is incredible. Super easy access to the beach. Beds are comfortable. Wonderful that it’s pet friendly, too!

Winter at the beach

Not the ideal time to go in December but the property was breathtaking and a close walk to the pier and it’s restaurants. It was really cold and space heaters were provided for every room, which was good because it was really cold. The rooms were really nice and loved that each had its own bathroom. The only thing that was tough to navigate was the fake and frosted wall in between two of the rooms. Otherwise, we had 6 people staying there and it was plenty spacious. Thank you for the hospitality and convenience.

Wonderful beach house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved being right on the beach and the panoramic door was amazing! We kept it open all day everyday. The only downside was the parking garage. The entry to the garage was so narrow, I scraped my rental pulling in and coming out. The garage was very very small and they lined it for 11 parking spots that were so tight you could barely get into the car. Other than that.....thank you for a beautiful place to stay!

Our Beachfront stay in Oceanside

Our family had the most wonderful week in Oceanside, CA in two of these beach front properties. We had plenty of room for our large extended family (between the two condos) and the location was PERFECT! It couldn't have been better. The communication of the property management company was excellent from start to finish (and even once during our stay) We hope to be able to stay here again!

The feeling of having a private living room on the beach was perfect for a weekend catching up with friends, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Having 4.5 bathrooms was really enjoyable for our big group. The keypad entry system was awesome and made it easy for our group to come and go. There were a few little things with property condition that I was surprised Beachfront Only hadn't checked on ahead of time, that would improve future stays: - the propane tank for the rooftop fire pit was empty & the backup was rusted shut- only 4 forks (also only 8 wineglasses) and when we texted, staff didn't bring replacements until the next day after a 2nd reminder- only small frying pans... the house fits 10 people but that's not how the pans are sized!- no ice ... there is what seems to be an ice maker on the counter, but it is rusty and there aren't instructions
