This location was absolutely fantastic! It had the most beautiful, un-obstructed view of the Pacific Ocean. My wife and I enjoyed sitting on the couch facing the beach and listening to the waves crash on the rocks. It was exactly what we needed! It was nice to have an iron and ironing board to iron. Our clothes out of the luggage in the kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil you could. Thank you, Beachfront Property for a beautiful location, for being quick to respond and the garage was a nice touch to be able to get off the street. Thanks again for the relaxing retreat.

Amazing Oceanfront View !

Very clean, excellent communication with beachfront only service providers, they are very helpful throughout stay, clean and well stocked unit that is absolutely fantastic, will stay again. Mother’s Day and Birthday Fun

Very enjoyable. Clean condo, comfy beds, wonderful shower, and great view. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and then some! Would have liked more clarity on parking regarding spacing and the lift space behind us, spotty internet connection, and the smaller television is in an awkward place so we had to move furniture around to watch it. Great property managers who responded to any questions very quickly and were extremely polite. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Wonderful property, great location

The location was great. We really enjoyed looking at the ocean and opening the glass doors and hearing the surf.It was nice having off-street parking, but there was some confusion about the garage door code. Luckily, we could get into the garage to open it from the inside, so it wasn't a particularly big problem.

Oceanside relaxation

Great place to stay. Kids loved the beach, about a 6 minute walk away. View is incredible, could stare out the open doors at ocean for hours, with wonderful sound of waves crashing.

It’s all about the view!

What a great place! Walking to the door we could smell the salty ocean air, the breeze blowing and the sound of the waves. Stepping into the condo, opening the tall sliding glass balcony doors, the view is breathtaking. Relaxing and watching the waves, surfers, beach goers, and keeping an eye out for the dolphins was therapeutic. The layout was very nice, stocked with all one would need. Easy garage parking and close to restaurants for dining. But really, you’ll just want to look out those big living room doors to the view.

A Wonderful Stay

The house was immaculate. The location is gorgeous. There are a good amount of places to eat, drink, and socialize nearby. The host was very conscientious about our stay and us having no problems during our stay. Thank you!

Staycation

Parking in the garage was an issue. It is a lift system and the hydraulics sound sketchy. The place has beautiful views and great location. However, the mattresses are too soft and the sofa is worn out and had stains.

The View...

This property is beautiful. The view is hard to beat. I do suggest reading all reviews. We were a family of 5 including 3 teenagers. 1 slept on the sofa bed and said it was uncomfortable, but did fine just sleeping on the couch. The bedrooms are very small. There isn't much room to move around and there are no closets. Depending on your length of stay, this could be an issue. We had some minor issues (tv not working, dryer not working) but they were quickly addressed.

Dream VRBO!!

Amazing All the way around!! Dolphins out the window playing, short stroll to the strand! Amazing location to the pier beach! Very nice setup inside with everything needed for an amazing time thank you !!!

2 Day Stay , lovely views

Property was clean, beds comfy, views to die for! We even saw dolphins swimming from the floor to ceiling windows. The wifi wasnt working when we got there, but a tech was there fixing it before we even called about it. The managers were very accommodating when we tequested to stay an hour longer. The only problem we had was the can opener(manual) was not working, they need to get a new one.

VIEWS VIEWS VIEWS

This property has the most outstanding ocean views I have every experienced! The villa is very very clean and the layout it perfect for 2 couples or one couple who each enjoy having their own bathrooms. The location is close to everything and having a garage space is absoluetly wonderful. The only thing they can improve on, is the bed mattresses are worn out. Both sides of the king beds are like sleeping in a hole with a hump in the middle. Please please get new mattress, so we can come back. Other than that the villa was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend it. Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay, but

The location was exactly what we were looking for however, during the first night, we had a mishap with our unit and the after hours property contact was impossible to get a hold of our first night ended up being ruined. The company didn’t make it right, by extending our stay an extra day, so I will give them that.

Great view; condo needs work

As advertised, the frontroom wall opens onto the ocean, with just a short glass partition (to keep you from falling), a narrow sand walkway and rocks between you and the water. You are just past the end of the Strand, so no cars are in your view. There are chairs, a sofa and side beds to sit or lay on to enjoy the view. The kitchen was well appointed. The beds were comfortable. The master bathroom needed some work - there were holes in and unsanded plaster on the walls. The vanity was worn. The shower water pressure was just barely serviceable. In the other bathroom the handheld showerhead flew off its holder when the water was turned on and you were unable to lock the window in the 2nd bedroom due to the way the standalone air conditioner was vented. We had some parking issues with people parking in the driveway to our part of the garage. Several times the garage door was left open by someone, but at least we had a place to park in this busy area. Management was very friendly and quick to respond to our questions. To summarize, if a view is your priority, this is the place for you. If you're looking for a first rate accommodation, maybe not.
