Easy process from start to finish! Beautiful ocean views and amenities on the property. Nicely furnished with everything we needed. Easy to communicate with property mgr too! We’ll be back for sure!

Fantastic location - great views of the beach without the noise of being on the Strand. Comfortable rental with essentially everything we needed. We spent most of the time sitting in the common area (photo) with the sliding doors open - listening to the waves, enjoying the breeze and watching for dolphins (we saw quite a few each day). We looked at all the beachfront rentals available and this was definitely the best choice.

The best

So relaxing and beautiful it’s like we are almost in the ocean. The living area is fantastic. The mater bedroom has the bed against the wall so only one of us could get in and out easily. The master bathroom was very small but not so bad we won’t gladly return

Beautiful View

The property, location, and check-in process was outstanding. Unfortunately, the walls are thin. There was noise all day. Stomping and moving equipment occurred from 7am to 4pm. Then a family with kids checked-in and run around stomping and jumping into the evening. If you are planning a n a quiet stay. Rent the top condo.

A great property and stay overall

Property was as described. It was very clean, well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. The ocean view was incredible! A couple of small issues for us- at check-in, the code to enter the main door to the properties wasn’t working. The property manager was easy to contact by text and fixed the issue within a reasonable amount of time. Another thing that was bothersome was that one person staying in the first floor unit was smoking out on their patio and the smoke was drifting up into our unit. I texted the property manager and they said they would handle it. There is no smoking allowed in the units or patios, but there is smoking allowed near the street. There is one of those ash tray things near the front door to the properties, and there must have been a lot of people using it, because you could smell smoke. The garage parking was nice, but one day we couldn’t enter the garage because housekeeping was blocking our space. We had to wait about an hour to get back in. We were able to find street parking nearby, but it was kind of a pain. Also, when we checked out, the people in the lower unit had just checked out and were going to leave without lowering the parking lift. Luckily, we caught them and asked them to lower the lift because it was blocking our car. Also, be aware that this is the middle unit. You may have people above you in the top unit and you can hear people/kids walking/running around above. We sure did. Luckily it quieted down by 11pm each night.

four day stay - nice

Very clean: well layed out: nice location: on the water with great views: Quiet during the week - noisy on weekend with other tenants: check in a bit clumsy: parking confusion with other guests blocking access; Definitely come back for visits from Palm Desert, Ca. grandkids close by. very good follow up during stay. right side of sliding door to ocean would not retract easily - needs track on bottom cleaned and realign metal slider on botton with some grease or wd 40. other than that - smoothe.

Amazing View

We loved staying here. The view is incredible with the sight, sound, scent of the ocean just outside the living room doors. It was well kept and clean, with comfy beds. The host was responsive to questions & requests via text. My one suggestion would be for full sized coffee mugs. The ones provided didn't accommodate the lowest 8oz setting on the Keurig.

The View Alone was WORTH IT!

Incredible view out the large bay windows. Beds were nice. Good size kitchen, and all the supplies we needed. Washer/Dryer. A few minor design issues such as the mirror in one bathroom being so low that the faucet bumped into, and not having enough by the door to brush sand off our sandals, but overall a very good stay.

What a view!

The view is as spectacular as shown! I loved being on the second story for the privacy. The place was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. A few small wonky things (an odd shower in one bathroom and a very minimal flow sink in the other, due to the mirror frame impeding its movement) were easily forgotten because of that ocean view. Management was quick to respond to our needs. Great spot.

Amazing Place, A Few Issues

The location and property itself were outstanding and delivered exactly what we were looking for. A few issues we ran into was some very poor wifi signal which made TV almost impossible the first night. However, they were quick to get someone out and have the wifi reset and it was much better the rest of the trip. Another issue we had was the day we arrived, the curtains at the back of the property where the doors open up were open and none of the ACs were running. So when we arrived, it was easily upper 80's in the property which you can imagine with a 4 year old and a 1 year old, that made things difficutl. It took hours to cool down. The last issue we had was when we came back from Legoland and found a car parked in our spot with another car blocking that car as well, so we had no way of getting in. I had to track down who it was and it was the cleaning crew. Other than all of these issues, we would definitely come back again. We loved the location and the property!

Go for the view

The view is unbeatable. The Property Management team is quick to respond - our wifi went down and they fixed it within 20 minutes. The furniture is a bit old and worn. It should be replaced for the price. The bed was very comfy. There is absolutely no a/c and some screens were missing so you couldn't just leave the windows open. We were able to see dolphins and sea lions right from our living room. Unless you are sitting in the ocean, you can't get closer! No cars can drive on the road so it's you and the ocean with a few passers by. Very peaceful.
