It's a lovely property. Very nicely appointed. It's right on the water's edge with unlimited views. Hearing the waves crashing from every room. Easy parking. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops.

Best Week Ever

Staying here was so luxurious. Even the small details like the automatic lights, electric blinds, a mini fridge downstairs were such a nice touch. My kids loved the sandy patio, access to the water below, being on the balcony to watch the sunset. Saw dolphins in the morning! Host was accommodating and kind. Location was perfect. Being there on a busy holiday weekend felt secluded and peaceful. I’d stay here a hundred times over.

Beautiful Beach House

This house had all the amenities. It was upgraded and beautiful inside. The house had everything you need my only suggestion would be bring a folding table. My sister and brother got houses on the beach with private beaches and they did not compare to this house. We would definitely stay here anytime we come to oceanside.

Ocean view and access were amazing, literally it was our backyard. We even saw seals and dolphins. The ocean view and sound were meditating and beautiful.

Like a dream come true

This is an amazing place to stay. The private beach and the view of the ocean were magnificent. The manager was very helpful and it was very clean. It smelled very clean when we walked in. It was just what I was looking for.

Exceptional property with stunning views

First I want to say that the communication from the time I picked the property was excellent. David and his manager, Star, Took care of some issues that we had during our stay. A few minor details but nothing major and we would definitely recommend staying here again.

Beautiful beach house

We stayed for a week at this beach house. Check in and check out was easy. The host was immediately available for questions. The place was clean and upscale and the ocean was right out the windows and sliding doors. It was relaxing even when some winter weather rolled through. It was very close to everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and we'd love to come back some day.

Amazing!

We LOVED this stay. We watched (and listened) to the waves for hours, enjoyed sunsets, and were THRILLED to see a pod of dolphins swim by a few times. The house was great and clean - as a family with young kids we especially liked that there were two bedrooms on a separate level so noise was never an issue. Loved this.

Best Beach View

Great stay. Super clean. Easy check in. Exactly as described. Nice coffee pots. We especially enjoyed the Nespresso. Lots of coffee pods provided. However there could be more coffee cups, mugs provided. Communication with owner wasn’t super. I had to send a text to get instructions for checkin as I didn’t hear from him in a timely manner. Also there was a water leak(?) in the main floor bathroom. I sent a text asking him about it. Didn’t ever receive communication back from him A nice stay but would strongly suggest a more active role from the owner.

Oceanfront upscale home

We had a great time staying here! It was me, my husband, my parents and our 3 and 4.5 year old kids. While the beach was too rocky, there was a cute area with sand we could play in. There were sons of sand toys and we loved watching the waves crash against the rocks. You walk into the upstairs and there’s the main living area and one bedroom with a king bed (where me and my husband slept). It was great because there was a private deck off our room and living room, so we slept with the window opened listening to the waves. Downstairs was the true master bedroom, which was beautiful with an attached bathroom. One more room was downstairs with bunk beds and the kids loved staying in there. Their bathroom was across the hall, and both bedrooms opened up to the sand area. Everything was clean, the kitchen was modern and even stock with some cooking basics like salt, oil, etc and plenty of dishes, cookware, etc. We were about a 4 min drive to the downtown area and pier where we hung out every day, got ice cream, fish & chips and my husband and I went out to the bars one night. We were very happy with our stay there from cleanliness, friendliness of owner and items provided. We would definitely stay there again!

Beach house.

Nicely upgraded home right at the ocean. You could always hear the ocean waves, very relaxing. Sand patio and yard. Everything was top notch. There is no table so we brought our own card table and chair set for playing cards and board games.

Beautiful Home, Exceptional Stay

We had a fantastic time that included my sister and my adult kids and their significant others... The waves were mesmerizing. As a designer myself, I rarely see vacation rentals with the attention to detail that this one had. Beautifully appointed and comfortable. Great area, we would have rated 5 star but there were noisy guests in the unit upstairs. Otherwise, fabulous!

Your own little paradise

My goal whenever I splurge on a VRBO is to fill my kids' eyes with wonder. This place definitely fit the bill! Being right on the ocean like this is something everyone should experience at least once if they can! Very lovely vacation spot!
