Clean, spacious two bed room. Each room has it's own private bathroom and shower. The beds were just ok. Well equipt, full size kitchen and frig made it easy to cook. The pool is a great place to hang out. If you want to grill, make sure you ask for the special grill knob as soon as you book.

I don't know how this guy got 5 star reviews. I would give him and property negative reviews if possible. First off, it's not a 3 bedroom. It's a 2 bedroom and as of this review still hasn't changed the posting. I messaged him about the misleading ad and how inconvenient it was for our family and his solution was "call VRBO best I can do is 15% discount". Talking to him was extremely irritating. The guy told me he "owns whole building and nobody has ever complained" about the missing bedroom in the past. Great. I have a 16 year old daughter that really didn't want to share a bedroom with her brothers. Also, definitely not kid friendly. He texted about the noise within minutes of arriving. While talking to him, he kept cutting me off and talking over me because he's super important. The condition of the property isn't that great either. Its a little run down and kinda ghetto. To add insult to injury, the very next morning while making coffee when everyone was sleeping..I looked down by the frig and a freakin mouse was there! I called VRBO and the customer service marathon started. My very first day of vacation was a grand total of 5 hours total waiting on hold and talking to various customer service reps. I also ended up spending an additional 1,200 on getting another place. Eventually got refunded for this nightmare of a place but it took 4 days. STAY AWAY. There's better places out there.

We enjoyed our stay at this Oceanside apartment. The surroundings are beautiful, and we loved having access to the pool, hot tub, and gym. The location is also very convenient — less than five minutes from grocery stores and pharmacies, and only a 15–20 minute drive to Carlsbad, which is our favorite beach. Oceanside Beach is even closer.Massah was wonderful to work with. Very responsive, kind, and attentive. He addressed any questions we had and provided what we needed promptly. I highly recommend this place!

Great Venue

Great Location and nice neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable as well as there was extra blankets for comfort. Apartment is clean. Complex has basketball court, pool, a full soccer field, tennis court. Was nice and quiet area. Rooms were spacious and had all the necessary equipment to cook, clean and sleep. Also a BBall with tennis rackets and balls. Easy entry with lock code.

Very nice!

We were in the area for a family wedding, and this was a perfect spot for us. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The listing calls it a 3-bedroom, but it is actually a 2-bedroom with space for 6 people.

Our accommodations were exactly as posted. We had a wonderful visit from South Carolina with our marine son who is stationed super close to this apt. In fact, we were super close to everything we needed. Highly recommend! Would love to return one day!

Decent stay

Convenient to Oceanside. Grocery stores, restaurants near by. Unit slept 6 comfortably. There was minimal “complimentary” items you often find at rentals. Not a complaint, just an FYI.

Great price for the location to Oceanside

The checkin process was extremely easy. The price was great based on the location being about 10 minutes to Oceanside. Only complaint is that the game room was only open during business hours - M-F 9-6pm. So over the weekend we were not able to use it at all. Otherwise great place.

Small but nice!

Nice place to stay. Convenient to restaurants and stores. Very quiet. Comfortable for sleeping 6 but not quite enough room if all 6 want to sit together in living room to watch a movie. We were there during hurricane Hilary and did not get to enjoy the pool at all. We used the gym once, nice and convenient. We had to leave a day early due to the storm but the price is not bad.

Cute condo!

This is a great property for a family. There were two queen beds in the primary bedroom, so it was a great room to share. The secondary bedroom was also roomy and both had nice bathrooms as well. The washer and dryer was a huge plus. Everything was as advertised and the host was extremely gracious and communicative. Very pleasant experience overall.

Winter Escape

Great location in a family neighborhood. A bit noisy at times but very secure feel. Many reasonable golf courses nearby. Easy check in/check out. Rec room not accessable evenings or Sundays. Would definately recommend.

Great stay

This condo was very clean and roomy. This 2 bedroom unit is very nice and clean. The host was very available. If you need a 3rd bedroom an air mattress can be easily set up in the living room. It is a second floor unit and was quiet and felt very safe. The owner left coffee and tea and we really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect for family

Stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect, bedrooms had a lot of space. Kitchen is lacking some common utensils. Overall stay was great, I would come back again!

Great for families

This was the perfect little base camp for our Legoland weekend to celebrate my son’s birthday. Although we spent most of our time in the park (just a 25 min drive) we enjoyed the on-site playground and proximity to groceries. For those traveling with a little one, the master closet created the perfect alcove for a pack n play (provided, but bring your own sheets) helping us all get a little more sleep. Host communication is above and beyond with all you possibly need to know.

Great rental!

My family and I stayed here for the weekend, and we were happy with our stay. Massah was very responsive. The apartment was great and spacious for us, especially for my little one. It was nice that each room had their own bathroom. Another plus was the park for my 3-year-old. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Looking forward to staying here again in the near future.
