This was a 5 star location property with a 3 star amenities with a 0 star property managment communication and service. The patio and views were fabulous, however the house it self was dirty. The couch was in a much needed deep clean or best please get a new one. There were dirty coffee cups in the cupboard. There was dried and gooey food stuck on the cabinet doors in the kithchen. One of the beds was broken and being held up by bricks. The showers were in the need of some serious care. Hot tub did not get hot, called the property management company, took them 2 hours to get someone there and it was never fixed. The battery died on the front door lock AND THEY NEVER CAME TO GIVE US NEW BATTERIES!! WE WERE PRISONERS FOR THE WHOLE AFTERNOON AND EVENING ... I sent a request for maintenance at 4:31pm and calleed several times asking for someone to come and fix the lock so we could go out. NOPE ... no response for hours. We missed our dinner reservations for our daughter 25th birthday celebration. This was absolutely the worst service ever.

The location was great. Unfortunately the place was a run down and attention to detail was poor, especially for the amount of money we paid. The wifi was spotty at best and there was no cell service so we could hardly communicate with the property management which was unfortunate because there was a big leak in one of the bathrooms.

Beautiful, but not private

The home is exactly as pictured, it felt clean and had plenty of space and a great view of the ocean. However, this was all diminished by the lack of privacy. Specifically, the lower-level unit has to share a gate with the upper unit and the unit to the left. This may not sound like a big deal, but that gate just so happens to be on the "private" patio where the spa and fire pit are. While sitting around the fire and enjoying the view, several random people just appeared on our patio and it was startling at first. This continued all night with people coming and going from our gate. This shared gate was very annoying and did not seem safe, as the street-level gate also just seemed open to the public. This unit needs to work on more secure gating, it felt like anyone could come on our property at any time, and I would not stay here again.

Holiday with family

We loved everything about this place- location and amenities. We had a family of 10 and it was perfect for all of us- spa, fire pit and bar b q were all enjoyed! Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of beds for all! Thank you!

Perfect little spot

My family stayed here to celebrate my mother turning 60 and we had a wonderful time. The house was even cuter in person and we all found it to be very clean. There was plenty of room for my parents, my 3 siblings and there families. The hot tub was great for the kids to play in (though it takes a while to cool it to 96 fyi) and we kept the slider open basically the whole weekend it was so lovely. We walked to the beach, coffee shops, and a close by mart for anything we could have forgotten. One of the best features of the house is that it’s at the end of the strand and the road/walkway stops before the house, so the house didn’t have tons of foot traffic in front or car noise. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great Location; Amazing Beachfront

Room enough for entire family, loved the beachfront patio, loved the spa. Each room has a bathroom. Very easy to communicate with beachfront company. Overall, great vacation, will book again

Perfect! The house was spacious and the location was fantastic.

Our family enjoyed staying at this property. The bedrooms, common areas, and patio were spacious. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed. We loved having the patio doors open to hear the ocean. The beach and pier was only a short walk away. Overall it was fantastic. We would definitely visit this location again.

Great space and location just poorly maintained

The location and views were amazing. The space was also very comfortable and every room had their own bathroom. The vanities and beds were old and fragile. The refrigerator was also cheap and ready to fall apart. Walls and doors were not maintained. It looks like all that is done is superficial cleaning. So it was disappoint for the price.

Great Location!

Great place to stay for a vacay! The views are great, and it’s at the END of the Oceanside strand, so no car traffic passing in front of you and minimal foot traffic! There’s plenty of space for people. My family of 6 didn’t even put a dent in all the space available to us! There was not much space to store our food except on the countertops, but the kitchen had all that we needed to cook each night. We would stay again for a staycay.

A nice getaway

The property was well furnished. Kitchen with well equipped. Surprisingly there was only one television in the living room. No mention of the 20 steps to get to the unit. Two of the bedrooms had oversized bunk beds. There was a major issue with fly’s not just a few but many. We didn’t use the grill or spa but tried to use fire pit and that did not work. I would go back again.

LOVED IT !

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION This Property is located 20 feet from the boulders that serve as water break at ocean's edge. You can't get any closer to OCEAN FRONT than this. My family and I enjoyed sitting on the patio overlooking the ocean. The property is well cared for, maintained and very clean. This was important to me, especially considering we are still in a pandemic. This place had all the amenities any vacationer could ask for, and all in good working order. The living room faced the ocean, and was the perfect location to relax and enjoy the view. All the furniture was comfortable and in very good condition. The beds were comfortable as well. The house is located at the far south end of The Strand where the road is closed to traffic. This actually made it a bit more private, as cars could not drive by, and we noticed there was less pedestrian traffic here than the rest of the walkway. Access to the beach was easy, but you could only walk directly on the beach in front of the house at low tide. There was a wide sandy beach a little further down toward the pier. We stayed a week and enjoyed our stay so much we hated to leave. We can't wait to return.

Great location

Property is amazing, great location and very well set up. Only issue was check in, electronic lock didn’t work and we had to wait over an hour for the property manager to get us in. There were a couple of other issue but they responded very quickly. Overall great trip and location.

Property not maintained, misleading marketing photos

I had a disappointing experience staying at the Beachfront Only property — from the moment of arrival to how property management handled the issues we experienced. The company that manages this property has multiple properties on the lot and they could care less about your experience. I'd urge those who are looking to stay here to look elsewhere especially given how pricey it is per night. Although this property looks luxurious, in actuality it is very run down and poorly maintained. - There was a fly infestation that made it difficult for us to cook because the sink was filled with bugs; the kitchen was not clean and still had trash from the previous guests - The bbq grill was broken and despite having full propane, would not exceed above 300 degrees. It was 4th of July so we were disappointed to not be able to use the grill. - The jacuzzi was also broken. The jets were not working. This was a big selling point for us when looking at the property in the photos but we weren't able to enjoy it. - The large sliding door in the patio was also broken. We managed to open the door but the door would not close. It took two people and 1hr for them to get the door shut. That said, we weren't able to open the patio door after that - A couple of my family members were bit by bugs in the bed At first, property management sent maintenance to address these issues. We spent the first 5 hours of our time continuing to call for maintenance. I was told by property management that the Manager would get in contact with me to help resolve all the issues we experienced. They never called so we had no choice but to call VRBO. With such a stressful experience since check-in, we wanted to see if we could check out that night and receive a refund for our stay. Since the property is managed by Beachfront Only, VRBO had no power to issue us a refund. It was after a 2 hr call with VRBO customer service that finally Beachfront Only manager gave me a call. He explained that a refund would not be possible and continued to insinuate that we had broken everything — saying that all had been working properly before we had arrived. I was appalled that they went to lengths to put it back on us esp because we had been in contact with them on all of these issues since our arrival. I was told I would be contacted for some sort of credit and promised a visit from the manager. No contact and no response to my email. Was expecting a nice trip with my parents but sadly it wasn't.

Loved the view!!

Loved the view!! Property neatly maintained.Place to have relaxing time with family and friends. Only concern is near by Sand beach is not that great and unit has very narrow parking.
