I. Celebrated my 80th with my son’s loving family. They live on the east coast and enjoy Rehobeth, so they have some high standards. And this beautiful house surpassed our expectations.

This remodeled house was the perfect location for our family. The beach was steps away from the front door, so everyone enjoyed swimming, beach games, fishing, or people watching on the front porch. The back yard deck & grill offered another nice place to hang out. We enjoyed daily walks, and beautiful sunsets. It’s the best place we have stayed in Oceanside!

This beachfront home is updated and extremely clean! The Oceanview and Evening Sunsets are priceless and not to mention listening to the early morning and late night waves made our own live version of a "sound machine". The whole house was spotless! Both bathrooms come with Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Soap and Hand Soap, beds were very comfortable beds with very "White" and clean linen which is always a "Plus" and I almost forgot to mention about Washer & Dryer, they even included laundry soap for us to use. The house comes with plenty of bathroom towels and beach towels and enough beach toys for us to use. Can't recommend this rental enough and the best recommendation is the next booking, which is already completed. Thank you again Logan & Team for such a great experience.

Beautiful house, exactly as pictured. Plenty of space for my family and I. If it wasn’t raining half the time we would have enjoyed the back yard more, it’s a wonderful relaxing area to enjoy the sound of the ocean. Would definitely stay here again.

What a great place to stay and a stellar location! Our family all enjoyed the comfortable accommodations. The views and beach access were a real hit. This place is also well stocked for cooking and comes with lots of towels and beach toys. We would definitely stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was a great size for the ten of us to all fit comfortably. It was located within walking distance to restaurants and the pier, which provided some entertainment. Early mornings spent on the deck watching the sun rise and people watching were the best.

We come to Oceanside every year and have stayed at this property a couple times. It is hands down the favorite. It’s the absolute perfect location, and wonderfully stocked. The kitchen wants for nothing. The beds are super comfy and the backyard is especially spacious; it’s lovely to sit in the back with the fire pit and listen to the waves. And it’s SO beautifully decorated. I just wish they provided beach chairs!

We loved this stay. We have been to Oceanside a few times before and this was by far the best location. The sand is soft and not loaded with rocks like the others and we were able to walk right out onto the beach without climbing down boulders. Our view was stunning. The host was easy to communicate with and alway responded quickly. The kitchen was well stocked and the AC units upstairs made the rooms really comfortable, even without central air. We cannot wait to go back!

We can not say thank you enough. What an unbelievable trip. Great locations. Great setup. Everything was available that we needed. It made for one unbelievable family trip. We hope we can come back again next year. It was so much fun! Great to people watch. So close to the beach. The back yard was nice if you wanted a break from the front area. Great property. There's a 1 way street between the house and the beach where everyone shows off their rides all day long. Great people watching spot. Great for the kids.

10 of us stayed at this location. 5 teens and 5 adults. We all fit comfortably and the teens approved of the location. I loved being in front of the beach. We enjoyed surfing (though many spots are black balled), we relaxed on the front porch watching the sunset, people watched, and played volleyball on the court that was right across from us. I made it a point to make sure we were there on a Thursday because the market night is so much fun. Great place! The only issue which is not a deal breaker is the tiny sinks in the bathroom. Very hard to wash your face. But I didn’t care much. The shower made up for it.

location is great for large family that just wants to partake in beach activities like surfing, boogie boarding, riding bikes etc. House is spacious! It was clean and all the necessary essentials were provided. We’re already planning our next stay at The Pink Door.

Our family of adults rented this house for a long birthday weekend. We found it to be comfortable and well equipped. The location can't be beat! It was lovely sitting on the deck with coffee in the morning and then watching the sun set with wine in the evening. You really can't get closer to the beach. The strand can get noisy with cars and people passing by but since we were there in October it was fine. We didn't use the backyard at all but it would definitely be a bonus during the hotter, busier summer months. The other pros: the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, serving platters and equipment. I did bring my own knives and a good large frying pan. The beds were comfortable and although the house is on the small size, it never felt cramped but rather was cozy. The cons: the bathroom sinks, as mentioned by others, are so small that they are difficult to use. I'd recommend more wash clothes be provided and for renters to bring face wipes. Also, one of the rooms had a luggage rack, which given there were no closets, shelves or hooks in any of the bedrooms, was very helpful. It would be nice to have at least one luggage rack in each room and for hooks to be added. These are minor things. We loved the house and would return in a heartbeat.
