View and setting were perfect. The place was so comfortable and clean- just great. Outdoor seating was lovely for a glass of wine and relaxing a bit. Garage parking was great. 4-runner and Tacoma both fit in the space. I did not get to use the amenities on this short but busy stay, but will next time.I will say, be sure to have a plan on check out. You have to return the keys to the HOA office (I didn't think to ask if there was an alternative- my fault) and cannot re-enter the gated areas or the unit, which for me, meant walking through the grounds with my luggage before it was light out in the morning. Just plan ahead if you are alone - I did map it out the day before but still ended up getting a bit turned around and was almost late for my Uber. I am definitely looking forward to my next stay- it is a perfect unit for 1 or 2 people. Being able to just walk out to watch the sunset on the beach is priceless and one of my requirements for my frequent stays in San Diego. This was perfect. There is a little store a few blocks away- walkable- called Pappy's. They have Pliny. If you know, you know. Enjoy- just leave some dates open for me. Thank you Lorraine for sharing your space. Wonderful all around and you were a pleasure.

We had an amazing stay at Just Beachy! The ocean views from the living room and balcony were breathtaking — we counted nearly a hundred surfers riding the waves. Binoculars made the views even better, and sunsets from the beach were spectacular. The unit was immaculately clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy sectional, and comfortable queen bed. Laundromat was easy to access, and Lorraine’s communications and tips for rainy day activities were appreciated. The location is perfect, close to the pier, harbor, restaurants, and shops. Highly recommend for a relaxing, scenic oceanfront getaway!

My overall rating of this property is 10/10! Amazing breathtaking views! Condo is fully equipped with all your needs. It is extremely clean and comfortable and very Beachy. Condo is perfectly located, walking distance to everything and yet very quiet and quaint. Can’t wait to return to Just Beachy. Lorraine is an amazing host. We had many questions oncec we arrived in Oceanside regarding getting around, where to go etc etc and Lorraine would get back to us instantly. I’m already looking forward to returning!!

This is really an excellent spot. There are plenty of walk-able restaurants nearby at the Harbor, and a very close drive if you prefer different places to eat. The view from the balcony is just at the pictures show and the beach is really just steps away. The communication with the host is excellent. The entire property is very lush with tropical plants and everything is very well maintained. I would stay here again!

Gorgeous views

This condo has a gorgeous view of the ocean which is just steps away. We slept to the sound of the ocean. The condo supplies just about anything you need. Definitely plan on staying there in the future.

Perfect!

Wonderful stay in Oceanside. The apartment is nicely updated, immaculate and very comfortable, with a fantastic view of the beach and in one of the best locations of the entire complex. We have rented quite a few properties from VRBO in the US and abroad, this is by far the best stocked apartment we have ever stayed in, anything you can possibly want is readily available in the unit. The owner was very easy to work with, in touch with updates about the complex and the "property App" provided was excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend this rental and we hope to return in the future.

Perfect in every way

When my husband explored the condo and saw the view he exclaimed, "Out of the ball park! You hit a home run with this one!" Step by step directions for parking and check in couldn't have been easier to follow. We had a nice blend of home cooked meals on the deck and exploring restaurants. Sunsets and sunrise from the deck formed lasting memories. We plan to return next year.

As a solo female traveler, I felt extremely safe. The location was perfect. Access to the beach and the pool couldn’t have been easier. The unit was spotless and very comfortable. Plenty of storage and room to unpack. Checking in was a breeze. Very easy to find your way around. So sad to be heading home. Looking forward to my next visit!

Just wonderful

The place looks exactly like the pictures on line. It’s a beautiful highly upgraded condo in a great location. Parking, pool, beach and trash is very close to the unit. Easy access to everything. Right across the street is the beach. You are literally on sand. It’s a nice beach. Patio has great views. The host is wonderful. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

Excellent Condo Rental in SoCal

Highly recommend this rental. Very clean and equipped with all of the necessities and more!! We really appreciated the attention to detail by the owners. Great location on the beach in Oceanside as well. Close to walk to the harbor, pier, shops and restaurants. We were also able to explore San Diego, Los Angeles and a lot of other places in SoCal from this location.
