This unit was clean, spacious, well decorated, and location is unbeatable. The host was great in checking we had everything we would need and responsive to our messaging. The complex itself was fantastic, right on the beach, and beautifully kept with a large pool and hot tub to access. We would stay here again!

We love our week in Oceanside. This is a tradition that we look forward to every year. We did love this unit and location, but would’ve loved to have enough beach chairs for all six of us & more toiletries available. They unit description did mention that it did not have any boogie boards - which proved to be very difficult to find adequate for adults- these would be a nice add. We have stayed in several units over the years and this is the first time we have not had any included with our rental.

Lovely condo, easy access to the beach! They had everything you would need and really appreciated the beach chairs provided! The balcony patio was a beautiful spot to catch the sunset and even heard sea lions off in the distance. We would stay here again! Thank you

Would stay here again

This was our second stay at this complex. Our first time staying in this unit. We had two families in total and found the place had enough room for three adults and three kids-two who are teens. All the reviews are true, good and bad however the place was so nice and the location was so good. I was able to quickly look over the weird barn door, the ants, and some of the other things mentioned in the reviews. the location is the best and for the price it’s worth it. I would add that some of the furniture is bulky or older and the place could use a little fixing up, but the kitchen was great. All the bathrooms were nice and the best part was if you from the balcony. Also the complex has great amenities.

Already planning our return trip!

10/10 clean condo footsteps to the beach!! We could not have asked for a more perfect place for our spring break trip. This was our second stay at this complex but this was our favorite unit by far. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. The deck is perfect for your morning coffee and falling asleep to the crashing waves after a full day of fun was priceless! The only suggestion I would make is that the beach chairs are due to be replaced.

We enjoyed this condo, the view, less than 5 min. to be on the beach,cleanliness of condo, kitchen was well equipped. We will be back!They could use a few new beach chair & have shampoo in the bathrooms!

Disappointed

The property was beautiful and we could see the beach from the unit. The unit provided towels, beach towels and beach chairs which came in handy. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. My disappointment was when dealing with the internet and TV, neither would work. The internet would work here and there and the local cable not at all. When trying to get this resolved they wanted us to be at the apartment between a certain time. Unfortunately this was our vacation and we had plans and didn't want to be tied down waiting for people to show up. In the end it never got resolved but they did compensate us after a few phone calls back and forth. If we came back we would not stay here.

The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our family with 2 kids under 7. We enjoyed being so close to the beach. We were extremely happy with the communication and flexibility around our schedule. Would definitely stay again.

Quick visit to San Diego Area

The property was great - very convenient access to the beach, and lots of amenities on property. The check-in process was a little confusing at first, and we had a small issue with the lock on our front door - but once we figured that out it was great! Highly recommend this property!

Great vacation!

This was a very nice unit in a good location! We thought our actual unit backed up to the beach, but it didn't. But the beach was very close. The property was pretty and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again!

this property was perfect for our family. It was close to the beach with minimal stairs. The beach on the north side of the property has less rocks and good walking. According to the teens, the waves are not as good for body surfing as the south side, but that is up for discussion. The unit was clean, modern. The king bed was really comfortable. The unit does not have left overs from other renters like some units do. There is salt, pepper, small bars of soap and that's it. Knowing that helps with packing. Bring your own everything.

Great stay

A beautiful condo at a great location. Nice view and comfortable beds. Enough room for the three kids for the three kids in the guest room. A little warm in the afternoons without a/c, but got a good breeze with the deck door open and the front door screened.

Excellent location, beautiful property

This unit was exactly as advertised; clean, views of the ocean, short walk to the beach and pool. The whole property was impeccably maintained and beautiful. This is a great location, close enough to do stuff in San Diego, but also has small-town feel with beautiful beachfront.
