Vacaciones a Legoland
El hotel está en buenas condiciones, el estacionamiento está adentro del establecimiento, lo único que no me gustó es que cualquier persona tiene acceso para entrar al hotel, tiene varios accesos y me tocó ver en el estacionamiento a indigentes, por el mismo motivo de qué cualquier persona tiene acceso. Pero nada pasó a mayores

La estada fue muy buena, con respecto a la limpieza NO me informaron que debía pedir la limpieza diaria de mi habitación y cuando llegué de andar por fuera la habitación estaba sucia, la cama sin armar, la basura allí y no teníamos toallas limpias. Por lo demás la atención del personal fue buena.

Buen servicio.
El personal es muy amable, el desayuno muy rico, y la piscina está muy limpia, además cuenta con un parqueadero cerca de la habitación y tenía acceso a la vista de mi automóvil. En general pienso regresar con ellos en mi próxima visita.

todo excelente, sin embargo el baño se averió a las 7am y nos indicaron que el personal de mantenimiento llega hasta las 10am, por lo que no pudimos usar el baño.

Their was homeless people hanging out next to the property maybe because their is a gas station right next to the property it felt unsafe walking from the parking lot to the room you should have a gate dividing the property from the public outside over by the fitness room and the gate that lets the cars in and off the property, maybe you could use your room key to open the gate

the most terrible hotel I've ever been to, there's nothing western here at all (not even a hint), we arrived in the evening, the hotel wasn't lit, it wasn't even clear what it was. The pool is dirty, I asked for towels for the pool, this is absolutely ridiculous, they gave me such small ones that even the child couldn’t turn around! The refrigerator didn't work! didn't cool at all! There were only boxes of shampoo and shower gel; when pressed, there was nothing to wash with. The only thing I was worried about was that the breakfast wouldn’t be very good, but it was surprisingly normal, more or less. All the same, the room cost 190, it’s too expensive for such conditions! There was no grill, for that kind of money you could rent right next to the ocean, and better conditions!

I like how it's located right off the freeway. What I didn't like is the Trash company woke us up 2 mornings in a row. SO LOUD! And way too early. Very upset about that.

First, this motel is under construction, parking lot torn up and big machinery being run right by the rooms. Parking lot was half full with loud construction vehicles. There is no management on duty after five and we had loud neighbors but no one to contact. Large doormats were scattered about the corridors, three in front of our door some just stacked up in front of stairs...for the entire week. The room was not really clean and only towels seemed to be what was done. The food service was deplorable. As an early riser we went at six and as soon as food was brought in, staff/workers showed up and basically took all the hot food, such as it was. When we asked why they were allowed to do this and when the food would be replaced the staff had a very negative attitude. One of the worst places I have ever stayed and not that cheap. I'd advise anyone to avoid this place and perhaps all Best Westerns if this is what they offer.

I didn’t realize the train line was immediately across the street. The commuters when by about once an hour during the night. It was quite difficult to sleep with the noise.
