My teen girls and I LOVED this rental. It was today, cute and spacious. I enjoyed many mornings and evenings on the patio with the Hawaiian garden views. We did not hear the train at all. The rental came equipped with a wagon, beach chairs, umbrella and kid toys for the beach. Just steps from the beach, close to the gym and pool. It was perfect for our girls trip! Had such a nice time!

Our condo was fantastic. It had everything we needed and was super cozy and beachy. It was a little hot in our condo. The fans helped alot. The condo had everything we needed and we just loved every minute of our stay. My only suggestion is better pillows they weren't the greatest but they worked :) we would definitely stay again

Very clean, very thorough check in/check out procedures

The property was very clean, staff was extremely friendly and the check in/out process was very easy and clear. It was very comforting to have the HOA on-site in the event something happened with the property. The establishment was very family friendly! We walked to the beach, the harbor beach was much more relaxing and had lots of space compared to the pier side. We walked to the train station and took the Coaster down to San Diego, a very nice train! We also had shopping and restaurants in the harbor which was much more quiet and family friendly than the pier side. The condos were perfectly placed to enjoy either the pier or harbor side but for our family the harbor was perfect and met all of our needs for food, shopping and a big sandy beach. My only small complaint was the pull out couch. It would be fine for small kids but not very adult or teenager friendly. Overall we were extremely pleased with our stay!

Beautiful steps to the beach/ocean

We absolutely loved this rental- Reading complaints about moisture smell is strange, You are right in front of the ocean and of course there will be moisture! It was very clean, the owners are wonderful and provided all beach supplies, kitchen supplies. We do feel couch should be reupholstered or replaced- It is worn as mentioned by others - Otherwise, we will definitely return!! Thank you - God bless!

Beautiful grounds but the unit could use a deep clean and new living room furniture. The couch, carpets and curtains are all stained and very dirty. Minimal amenities and certainly no extras. Won’t be in a hurry to return.

Perfect Getaway

I cannot say enough good things about this rental. The North Coast Village is the perfect getaway, especially for a family. The condo itself is super clean, spacious, and has everything you will need including a day at the beach! The bed in the main bedroom is super comfortable too. I will definitely be booking again!

Great location beach and heated pool. Great place to stay as a family. Loved secured parking and the whole complex. We enjoyed walking to Harbor and watching sea lions!! And a great walk to pier and donuts! Highly recommend for families ! The pull out couch was comfortable and spacious left open whole time. Table plenty of room for games and kids loved eating at the breakfast bar! Highly recommend this unit. Master bedroom was also specious and comfortable. We never heard any noise!!

Excellent complex with all the amenities, unit needs some work.

The mature trees and plants and well maintained older complex was excellent. The unit needs some updates including couches (very dirty and had odour), pots and pans not usable (deep stratches and impossible to clean) and the unit just felt grubby overall. Our bookings both before and after this stop were new and modern and this influenced our view of B119 somewhat. The carpets in the hallways also need changing. The dense plants and trees outside the unit made it very private but also very dark. The balcony was not usable with a very large storage unit and very rusty chairs and table. The main closets were filled with beds. The dishwasher didn't clean the dishes well either. The location in Oceanside (beach, restaurants and amenities) and the wonderful grounds (pool, BBQ, etc.) helped to make our stay enjoyable but the unit disapointed.

East coast village location and property is very convenient And close to the beach and restaurants and anything else you may need. We thourally enjoyed our stay. It was quant and a nice little home away from home setting. The condo has most everything we needed. I do want to suggest a new can opener and a metal spatula for barbecuing. We made due with what we had and a neighbor was able to open our can for us. It was Thanksgiving day or I would have went and got one if I had more time and left it for the next guests. Overall we had a great time and we're comfortable. Lived the beautiful green property and it's amenities. Beach chairs were a plus. Location was perfect. Just a few steps to the beach allowing us to go and come as we please and spend the evening viewing the beautiful sunset and ocean air. We would definitely stay again. -The Farrell/McClam Family

Loved the property.. great location ! Had everything in the unit you could possibly think of plus.

The only negative was no fan in family room so had to go into bedroom to watch TV. Had a great fan that cooled to our liking.

Overall nice

The property was as offered. Plenty of items in the kitchen and there is even a wagon and chairs in the storage shed on the patio. The floors were wet when we walked in and the tub didn’t drain and was full of sand and soap. We did submit a repair ticket but we’re not offered a time. So instead of standing in 4” or 5” of water, I snaked the drain myself. There was plastic caps and hair clogging the drain. Once cleared the entire experience changed for us. I would suggest bringing a towel rack so you can dry your towels. The fans provided were great! The B building was the best for the family and we will stay here again. Thank you!
