The pool and beach were awesome. Unit itself was nice and comfortable for both of us. We found it hard to find our way around the parking garage, to get to the beach and the elevator was not working for over 24hrs. Needed better signage to assist guests. Ned in second bedroom had a horrible mattress which was very uncomfortable. Could use anew keyless entry. We had problems with the old keys.

We loved our stay at this property. The entire unit was spotless when we checked in. Plenty of space for our group. Beautiful view of the sunset each night from both balconies! Unit is located near the stairs and the elevator which was super convenient. We will definitely stay again!

Perfect Place for Families!

Everything was great. The pool and hot tub was a huge hit with my wife and the kids and the proximity to the beach and places to eat was perfect. The only thing I'd probably recommend is bringing a couple extra beach towels. We were there for a week and they did have 4 beach towels there but with kids I wish we would have had a couple extra. Overall did not take away from the experience one bit and we would absolutely stay again!

Condo with a perfect setting!!

This location was perfect for our family! We swam in the pool, walked to the beach, and sat in the hot tub! You will want to book this for your stay in Oceanside! We will book again no question!

Beach time in October

We go to Oceanside every October with our kids for Fall break and this condo was a great fit for our family! We had 6 people total. We loved having a separate space for the adults upstairs with our own balcony, plus plenty of room with 2 full size beds for our teen boys and a sofa bed for our younger kids. The place was clean with everything we needed.The owners were quick to respond tonight questions and the check in/check out couldn’t have been simpler. This is a great condo for a larger family!

Relaxing with nice ammenities

We enjoyed our stay. The views were beautiful and the complex was relaxing and quiet even being above the pool and near the ocean. The grounds were very beautiful. The complex is older but they keep it looking nice. The only downfall was that I didn't know there was no air conditioning and the upstairs room was very hot in July. Would most likely be pleasant in the fall and winter.

Family Vacation

Absolutely loved staying here! Very clean and convenient location. Beds were very comfortable and we were supplied with plenty of bedding. The unit required you to go to the third floor to enter and we found the elevator to be temperamental-some days it worked, some days it didn't. That was annoying sometimes. We were also only given two towels per guest, for an entire week-which maybe seems like a lot to some, but coming to and from the beach and the pool as often as we did, it wasn't enough. There is however a washer/dryer on the property, so we were able to wash them as we needed (must provide your own soap). The host also does not supply any shampoo/conditioner (just a heads up to any guests who are used to having that), but there is a grocery/convince store close by to pick that up. The host does provide four Beach chairs and two youth sized body boards. (There was an adult size one as well, but it was broken so we left it behind) which made beach days now fun. Anyway, I hope this review helps you to understand exactly what to expect, but I would for sure recommend staying here! It was a blast!

Beautiful cozy condo!

This condo was even nicer and cozier than the pictures. The mirror on the wall made it feel so open and the fireplace was a nice touch. The view of the pool and ocean was beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the condo felt very spacious. The upper deck was an extra special commodity. I would definitely book this place again, absolutely!

I usually stay at another property with my family but we tried this one out do to a cancellation of the property we previously booked. I want to say I’m extremely happy we did!! The condo is absolutely perfect it has everything you need and more. You literally only need to bring your family and food! My dad is very sick and in a wheelchair but thankfully there was a room down stairs for him to stay in which was perfect! It comes with two parking spots but one is very hard to get into! Make sure you read all parking rules is my only recommendation on this property they write you tickets! We had family coming to see my dad we are waiting for a transplant and he’s very ill so this was a beautiful place to bring him to! The beach is literally right there can’t beat that at all!!

Unit was exactly as shown and described. Great location and on site facilities.

Just felt almost like an all-inclusive resort. The facilities were plentiful and wonderfully maintained. The area was very safe and walkable. Simple check in and check out. Unlike many resorts, which can be overrun with loud kids and heavy drinking adults, this place was calm and quiet. Definitely geared toward older adults. Just what we needed.

The condo itself was a nice layout the carpet in the living room seemed dirty there was a broken ceiling fan bulb in the guest bedroom with a glass still inside of it and the TV did not work in there. .

Great family getaway

We loved our stay here. I was worried our family of 6 might feel cramped but that was not the case. It was nice to have two bathrooms for all of us. Access to the beach was quick and easy with a shower right there to get all the sand off. My kids loved the pool as well. The only down side, if any, was we got pretty warm on the second floor. Outside temperature was 78 but we were overheating inside. The condo does provide a big fan in addition to the ceiling fan to help with that, but then I couldn't hear the ocean at night. It's not a deal breaker though. We would definitely stay here again! Oh parking did prove a bit problematic for us. We have mini-van and it was a tight fit especially because the car next to us kept parking over the line and there was a pole on the other side. If you don't have a large vehicle, you won't have any problems at all.

Family (no itinerary) getaway

We had a fantastic time during our stay. We rotated between time at the beach and the pool. The condo was perfectly sized for our family of four. The balconies had amazing views out to the ocean where we shipped out coffee and watched the surfers each morning. We're already ready to book another stay.
