The host was very quick to respond when we needed something. The condo was lovely and comfortable.The view was awesome. It was wonderful to have ocean breezes blowing through all weekend. The kitchen is decently stocked (although if you are picky about knives being sharp, bring one with you).

The host was very friendly and helpful! The location is really nice walking distance to the pier and the harbor restaurants and shops, The pools and the spas in the facility are very clean and nice and warm! The place could’ve been cleaner and a little bit better stocked, certainly needs some upkeep, as there were some broken items like cabinet knobs, and a mirror in the master bedroom, but I believe the host will be doing that.

The location of the unit was amazing and the ocean views were enjoyed every night. The unit had plenty of beach equipment that our family appreciated. We also had plenty of clean towels and sheets.The unit was a bit dated and had some broken items. The window shutters were broken on some windows, the garbage disposal did not work and the crib provided in the unit was very dirty. Overall these things were minor and did not negatively impact our trip but they probably should be addressed.

Could Use Some Improvements. The property had potential, but it wasn’t as clean as we had hoped, and several items weren’t working properly. While the location was fine, the overall experience was a bit disappointing compared to what we've experienced in other units at this location.

Best vacation ever!

Oceanside was so awesome! Everything about the condo was easy, we could see the beach, walk to the beach less than 5 min And the harbor less than 10. Delicious food! So much fun, Amazing activities, dolphin watching, parasailing, bogey boards, etc etc etc. And the fireworks!! We could see so many fireworks for like three hours right from our balcony! They were lighting them off all up the way and we had the best view! So memorable for everyone. Kids, adults, teen. And LEGOLAND was led than 15 min away and that was really neat. So much to say. Property manager was informative and friendly, I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. We’ll definitely be back.

My stay in Michael's condo was great! We've been going to North Coast Village for over 20 years every summer and this condo was very enjoyable. Being an end unit you have plenty of natural light. The beds were cozy and the updates to the condo make it very enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here! Can't wait to come back.

Amazing Views & Spectacular Property

We stayed for 4 nights. North Coast Village is spectacular. The grounds are a tropical paradise with great amenities, including pools, hot tubs, pool table, putting green, and parking garage. The beautiful cottage where we stayed also had boogie boards, skim boards, an umbrella, 4 beach chairs, beach towels, and a completely stocked kitchen. We plan on going back to stay there again ASAP.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. I wished there had been a few more kitchen amenities (a full size coffee maker, Saran Wrap, etc) but the condo is clean and spacious and has a beautiful view.

Wow! Best choice ever!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. First of all North coast Village is like staying at a resort. The amenities are awesome, location crazy. You have the harbor on one side and the beach/Strand on the other. And then the cottage is nicely decorated lots of amenities provided. The host is communicative, helpful, and a joy to work with.

North Coast Village

The grounds of North Coast village were beautiful and well taken care of. Check-in was easy and fast. The pool looked nice (we did not go in), there were also walking trails and the beach was very close! The unit was clean, but needs some updating. I found several small ants in the bedroom area. The mattresses in the two bedrooms were not the best and the couch and loveseat in the main sitting room were not very comfortable. The shower drain was backed up and had standing water. (the owner was informed) The unit was within walking distance to the Oceanside marina, where there were plenty of restaurants. and the unit was in a great spot!

Super Close to the beach, bring your walking shoes!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The grounds at the complex are landscaped beautifully. There was some building renovations going on but it didn't bother us. (There is scaffolding, materials and workers around.) The beach is very close, and the sand was really nice and clean and lovely to walk on. We didn't rent a car and just walked everywhere; bring good walking shoes if you plan to do this because things are a little far apart for just walking. There are lots of people on bikes, e-bikes, scooters etc. We got coffee every morning at Nautical Bean Coffee Company which is just over the bridge. Would highly recommend it! The closest convenience store was Pappys- they had basically everything... snacks, drinks, etc. We bought some bundles of firewood there and had a fire in one of the firepits further down the beach. Michael was a great host and let us check out late on the last day. Would recommend! Thank you.

Perfect spot for a long weekend would come back

Great beach ! Kitchen had what we needed but local supermarket has terrible produce, wish we had been there on farmers market day (Thursday ). Comfortable apartment for 4 adults . Plenty of room but double bed could use a new mattress . Pool and hot tub were a nice addition. Great to have beach toys, chairs and especially boogie boards. Quick walk to town and great restaurants.

Beautiful view overlooking the harbor

We have been staying in north coast village for 26 years now. In that time we have rented many units. This one is in the list of my favorites! The property owner is extremely helpful and responsive. And the other huge plus to note is that all the beds and pillows are very comfortable! This is not the case so much of the time but this unit truly felt like a home away from home. Beautiful bathrooms a nice kitchen and all the beach equipment you would need! I highly recommend this unit!
