Absolute awesome stay despite being just two nights- just means we’ll have to come back to enjoy it more! Very large and comfortable house, very spacious bedrooms. Easy parking for multiple cars. Loved the waves pounding the rocks at night while we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit then an amazing shallow beach to ride waves all day when the tide is out. Great house for large families!

It was a beautiful property, well maintained and a great location. It met our needs perfectly and would love to come again. Every year we rent a property for father's day and get family and chilgren together to celebrate and create memories, and this property did just that. Loved everything from the amenities to the rental procedure.

Great Stay

The home and location were great for our family gathering. The tides were not low enough to allow a beach walk during our stay, but the private, man-made beach above the breakwall was perfect. We had a 2 year-old grandchild that loved it. The hot tub felt great as the weather was cool. The host was very responsive and helpful.

A Perfect Beach Getaway

Our recent stay at this beach property was nothing short of fantastic! The location is simply breathtaking, offering stunning views of the ocean that made every moment unforgettable. What truly set this property apart was the excellent communication with the manager. They were not only responsive but also went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Beautiful house, great location, poor amenities.

They really cheap out everywhere possible on the most basic stuff. Everything is really stingy. Mattresses are uncomfortable, sheets are scratchy, towels are tiny and rough. Even paper towels, toilet paper, and tissues were absolute bottom of the barrel.

So wonderful

The whole family absolutely LOVED this beautiful home! We sat on the upper deck and watched surfers, sunsets and even dolphins. The hot tub was a nice addition too. Every detail was so amazing. It was so clean and the decor was perfect. We will definitely be staying there again!

nice but commercialized and run down!

They charge lot for what's around there and it's farmed out to a management company that runs it like a hotel and no customer service. Things that were not used were dirty and dusty, shower water runs all over the floor. Nothing really worked, blinds have to be held closed with something wedged, outlets were hit a miss. The fridge ice does not work and even the door hast to be held shut with a chair.... To say the least other than the killer location and nice main floor I would not advise for the rate they are charging for it to be so run down.

Family Vacation

We loved our mini vacation, at this property. The views are wonderful. The home is very comfortable, and included all the amenities one could ask for. The large fire pit was not working, and they made sure they had a replacement there for our stay. Check in and check out was simple. The property could use a good cleaning. The beds were very clean. The walls, doors, baseboards, and windows were pretty dirty.

50th bday

We all had a great time, 11 girls stayed in the house. There were issues but all of them were taken care of as best they could. We all said we would stay at this property again. The view from all over the house is just amazing.

Beach House

Overall this is a beautiful place to stay. Large home, great for entertaining. Beach is clean and gorgeous below. I will say we were a bit disappointed in the upkeep of the home itself. There were spider webs and bugs all over the patio furniture that we had to clean and also bug/beetles in the home. None of the kids bunk beds were made with any fitted sheets, just a sheet laying on the mattress. The house was not stocked with enough paper towels and did not come with any "extra" items in the kitchen such as tin foil, plastic bags, sugar, coffee filters for the coffee machine, etc. It was essentially bare besides basic utensils, which would have been nice to know ahead of time. The air conditioning is set at a certain temp that cannot be adjusted below 70. We had 13 guests in the home in November, and it was HOT. The speakers throughout the home also cannot be accessed. Several TVs did not work in the bedrooms and the jacuzzi took 1.5 days to heat up. (we finally were able to use it the very last night). We did call the maintenance team and they came out the next day to replace one TV and attempted to fix the hot tub, but were unsuccessful. Overall, we still have a great time but for the price of the stay, we feel as though everything should have been in working order upon arrival.

This property is perfect for large extendedfamilies, with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy!

Beautiful, Beautiful, Beautiful! Our children and grandchildren had the pleasure of ecperiencing this wonderful beach home with my husband and I. I can’t say enough about the beach front location, the private fenced sand yard area, and the other amenities that we enjoyed such as the fire pit and the spa. Our code didn’t work at check in, a TV and an window air conditioner in one of the rooms wouldn’t work, however they did offer to come right out and fix it, which was great, but it just wasn’t needed for us to continue our amazing stay. My family didn’t want our vacation to end. We defiantly would love to have a return vacation to this location’.

Gorgeous property

This would be a perfect beach vacation if management were more responsive to fixing some necessary repairs. The bathroom in the kids bunk bedroom didn’t work for the entire five days we were there, after repeated calls, texts, emails, etc. A plumbing team spent one day there drilling and banging, clanging, so we could not take naps in any room, but the worst part was they said they didnt know what to do to fix the toilet. So five little children had to go into the adults bedrooms at night, and during the day. There were many other issues as well that we needed to call about.... no air conditioning in several bedrooms, incorrect info about how to start fire pit, one bathroom so tiny it would be rated substandard, ice-maker didn’t work well, and more. One bedroom and bath was on a lower level with access from outside stairs, so that couldn’t be used by little kids in the night. The sad thing is that management either did not answer our texts, or acted like we should be happy that we had other bathrooms! We did love the layout, and beautiful ocean views, and ocean access. Would love to come back, if things worked properly.
