The complex is aged, definitely has been there a while. But it is very well kept inside & out. We even saw them in the garage scrubbing the floors! Our entire group was very impressed. Thank you for a fantastic stay!!

Beautiful view of the ocean from the deck, master bedroom and kitchen window. The condo was stocked with all your essential needs in the litchen. The beds were comfortable with cozy linens. We enjoyed the fireplace in the livingroom with a direct view of the pier. I will definately come back!

Property was exactly as advertised. Beautiful grounds, right on the beach, ocean views. The only down side to our stay was that on day 2 a family stayed in the unit just below and had their kids playing out on the grass until 1130PM every night. When you dont have A/C and you want to leave the windows open for a breeze and also to sleep with the sound of waves, this ruins the experience. Its no fault of the owner, but it really did put a big damper on the trip and any potential renter should be aware the grassy area just outside the master bedroom can be a problem.

High expectations, and did not disappoint.

This is a PHENOMENAL property, and this unit in particular was really perfect. The location with such close beach access is unbeatable. We were looking at a few and splurged on this one and it was totally the right call. Everything was well appointed, and the master shower was A.Also, this whole complex is on a different level. SO clean and well taken care of. The clean the floor of the parking garage for heavens sake. We also used the bbq grill one day and it looked like it was brand new. Usually people will brush the grates on a community grill, but these were restored to stainless steel perfection. That might sound like an odd detail to point out, but it speaks to the care taken of the complex.

Comfortable condo with everything u need

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was modern, clean, and stocked with everything u need for an enjoyable stay. Steps to the beach. Can easily walk to downtown. Property gym and pool were a plus. Parking is very close to unit. I would recommend.

Better than expected

Our first impression was not the best on our arrival. We had a difficult time finding the building to check in and the work on the garages was not helping. The person at check in gave us the wrong directions to get to our unit. Once we were inside it was so hot and we discovered there was not air conditioner. Once we settled in the place turned out to be perfect for our family. So close to the beach and kids attractions. A short walk to the harbor or downtown Oceanside. The building is definetly older, but the unit was well appointed with nice updates. We were not use to not having ac but with all of the fans going it was not bad. We would recommend this unit to anyone traveling to Oceanside.

Best getaway!

We had the most wonderful stay. Our unit was exactly as described and pictured, everything was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We loved how easy it was access the beach and other amenities. We will definitely be coming back to stay again!

Great ocean views. Pictures don’t do it justice. Good location between the harbor and pier. Everything we needed was in walking distance.. Beautiful condo and property with garage parking. Property management was very communicative and responsive. Would stay here again.

Beautiful condo with excellent view of Oceanside beach. With great restaurants within walking distan

My family enjoyed this beautiful beachside property. Condo had all amenities in kitchen , bathrooms and comfortable beds..linens and towels. Management was very responsive for small issues ( sliding door stuck, garbage/ recycling plan) and complex had beautiful landscaping, pool and communal laundry and BQ were clean and well maintained. Spent many hrs enjoying a coffee or glass of wine on balcony with the amazing view of beach/ ocean Would definitely return again.

Everything we hoped for

I don't like spending money, and the price to stay on the beach is expected to be high. So I was reluctant to spend my money here. But the location is quite nice, as you're just a few short steps (through a gate) to get to the beach. And the neighboring guests were wonderfully nice and quiet. The sunsets were impressive. Accessibility to the beach and other beach related facilities was amazingly easy. And the property was clean, quiet, comfortable, and in all ways what we had hoped.

Beautiful condo with breathtaking views

Amazing stay. 11 out of 10. 🤗 beautifully upgraded end unit condo with views of the sand, waves & pier. (The pictures honestly don’t even do the view justice.) easy parking to unit access, and easy access to the beach/ strand. Not a single complaint. We will be back, and look forward to it.
