Great spot for group of friends!

So this place is 5 stories- kinda hard to tell from pics but there is 2 kicker floors, 4 floors with sleeping areas, and a ton of bathrooms!We enjoyed the outdoor area, spa and of course the steps down to the beach!

Lovely ocean front home

My group of 12 women truly enjoyed your beach home. Loved all the open views and balconies to enjoy the waves. House had everything we needed and was very clean.

Work trip

We booked the house for a work trip and it was perfect for our group. We could walk everywhere or get a quick ride on the Goside to restaurants and bars. THe house was great for our 9 party group and the accommodations worked perfectly for our meetings. Our host was excellent and communicated amazingly throughout. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great option in Oceanside for a big group

Rented this house for a couple days with 8 guys and it was perfect. Shared bathrooms was the only downside and the property isn't in pristine condition (typical beach town stuff) but overall highly recommend.

Fantastic corporate retreat

The following did not work: spa, parking lift, refrigerator water and heat in 75% of house.

Poor experience due to nonfunctional spa, heat, garage lift, refrigerator water and no action to fix any of them the 3 days we were there. I flew in my 8 grandsons from MI and highly disappointed. I am requesting a 50 % rebate.

Great spaces but dated

The spaces were wonderful - great views and enough flexibility to house our large family and make everyone happy. Fun to gather on common spaces, and enough room to get some alone time as needed. There is great need for repair and replacement. Stained carpets in some locations, some mechanicals and security elements were not working or not present as represented in promotional material. Any small additions requested were quoted at very high prices (2 hour early check in at close to $500, so we felt like cash cows to the agency at times. Quick responses to calls/texts regarding maintenance issues and the maintenance folks were great and helpful. Being owners of second homes we understand wear and tear in rentals, but this property went way beyond that in needs for remodeling of some key spaces. Loved the sound of the ocean right outside our bedroom windows!

Oh the Views

This house is a great location and tons of room for everyone! The house was we'll stocked with plenty of the the basics for our stay. Due to the excessive heat while we were there we ran into some air conditioning issues, which the property management did their best to fix. They were super responsive. Note if you are going during the heat of the summer, the house only has a few in room air conditioners it is not central, and there are 6 bedrooms that do not have AC at all.

Great for large groups

This property is excellent for large groups. The location is great. There is no beach here, but during low tide you can go down some stairs to the water. Overall the house had all that we needed. Some of the rooms can be hot at night since there is no central air. Small desk fans are provided, but I’d suggest bringing a bigger box fan if you run hot at night. For the price I would expect everything to be in perfect working order and top notch, and not everything was. The hot tub had two jets not working so was more of a hot still bath. They sent someone to look at it, but he couldn’t fix it on the spot. The garage car lifts were not working, so we only had insight parking for three cars. Thankfully there is street parking on the weekends. And the microwave handle was broken when we got there. These didn’t bother our group too much, but you would expect more from a company that charges so much money for the rental. Also, bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. The stuff provided smells like sulfur. I would stay here again because of the location is gorgeous and the size of the place for our large group was perfect, but I hope the company fixes these few issues and I hope these notes help others know what to expect!

Beach House right on the beach

We loved the number of bedrooms so we could all have our own. Loved the location to the ocean, could watch dolphins from time to time. Could boogie board at low tide. Loved 2 kitchens and 3 refrigerators. Great for big group.

Great experience

Had a great time in San Diego at the property. A lot of my group had to drop out last minute and Beachfront Rentals were so supportive and assistive in finding a smaller rental for us and giving me credit for the difference. Made the whole experience stress free during COVID uncertainty.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed a week at this beautiful property. Great location, great access to the beach. Stairs are a little scary the first time but you get used to it. Lots of room and 3 balconies. The kitchen has everything! Some of the rooms were a little warm but mine was great! We would definitely stay here again

Wonderful Property at the Beach

The property was in the perfect location. As advertised our 22 person party really did have enough beds and space to spread out and be comfortable. The kitchen was set up to be able to feed our large party with no trouble (enough plates, silverware, glasses, and pans). Overall it was an excellent property!!!

We were absolutely impressed with this location and home for a family reunion. Wonderful location and beautiful home that accommodated our family very comfortably with great open spaces and very comfortable bedrooms. Bathrooms were exceptional and adjacent to everyone bedroom. Highly recommend this home.

Great location

Great location right on the beach and plenty of space for 8 people to have a work retreat. The inside is definitely built/decorated to be a vacation rental but with 5 separate levels, plenty of bedrooms & bathroom and incredible views, it's overall a great rental.
