Loved the area.

Loved the layout, felt safe the entire time which is challenging when you are from a small, rural community vacationing in the big city. Management was amazing and communication was on point!

Just great!

Lovely place for my stay in the Carlsbad area for work. Super clean, and fun place. Parking is on street about 1-2 blocks away, but not a big deal at all. Will be back if I need a place in the area again for myself.

Relax by the beach

Oceanside is very nice, quiet neighborhood. Next time I visit I will get an ocean view.

South Beach rental

It was everything that was advertised! Had a great stay. Management very responsive in bringing more towels, literally had them in a couple hours. Will do it again

Wonderful property

It was completely as advertised. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet. The space was clean and just as pictured. Initially I was worried about parking--which occurs on the street below--but finding a space to park was never a problem. We had a great stay!

My overall trip was nice. The location is beautiful. The only thing I would say is it’s towards the back and the numbers weren’t really visible. I did have to call maintenance because the upstairs electricity wasn’t working and I wasn’t able to charge my devices. That was a little frustrating. Everything was clean, but I did see a lot of ants.

Super fun & great location Beachfront was quick to respond to our water being off for 4 hours - we were willing to go with water buckets to use for that last day . We learned a lot about the waterless tank. Walked the walk to the food truck too . Let people k is that it’s there - we told several of our neighbors about it

An enjoyable stay!

A very cute loft apartment. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Management and maintenance were SUPER responsive and friendly. Check-in process was a little cumbersome, but we made it through. It had street parking. You had to climb a set stairs from the street to the apartment, which were not lit well at night. However, we never felt like we were unsafe. The sofa really could be replaced. These few little things would not keep us from staying again! Overall, we had a very nice stay!

Don't feel appreciated

Was told various beaches 15 minute walk when more like hour walk.Feel such a late check in and early check out with only choice to pay more for small time change worthless.Never approved maintenance coming when washer leaked but he showed up anyway, then felt unsure in using washer which further eroded trip.

Honeymoon

The fire alarm went on screaming frickin load 6 times at nite while sleeping. There was a group in our building adjacent to our unit with 5 children making noise all night long until 2am every nite.

Do not rent from beachfront rentals

The so called A/C is really a unit with the hose that goes through the window. No working outlets in the kitchen. There were ants everywhere, called the property manager office beachfront rentals, they sent someone who sprayed everything including our food that was on the kitchen counter. The odor was so bad we had to leave the door open when we were in the condo., but we tried not to be inside. The office told us that housekeeping was unavailable to come and clean the large amounts of bug spray left everywhere and that there were cleaning supplies under the sink. They also stated that it was necessary to leave large amounts of bug spray to kill the ants. I have the text messages if you need.
