Great little spot. It was just steps to the ocean, nice pool and spa. The pier was in easy walking distance as was downtown. Just the right amount of communication from the owners. Would stay again.

The beauty at this property was amazing. I love tropical and I had my fill. There was lush green everywhere I looked. The areas to walk around were wonderful. The majority of the guest were nice. It was quiet. I had the ocean in my view it was very clean and up to date. The stairs in the home were a little tight and hard for me to navigate but I had family for help. The property was very welcoming. Communication with (make my vacation) was great. Got a great deal and offers. I do plan on returning.

Comfort and Spacious

Beautiful views of the ocean off of both decks. I love this location and will definitely stay here again. Large enough for 6 people to stay with 2 queen beds and a king bed in the room upstairs. Enjoyed the beach, pool and spa. I also love the tranquility and landscape of North Coast Village.

Great location easy access to oceanside

It was great and location had great access to beach and short walk to the pier and drive to harbor. Only bummers were this unit was not in the main complex of the property the koi pond was sad with 1 dead koi floating and looked under construction. the

This place is very nice. The 2nd time we stayed at North Coast. We will most definitely return. The property is beautiful, the location is great. The only thing missing from this place was the small touches, things you sometimes forget. (Qtips) The other location we stayed at had the extras.(spices for cooking, games for the kids, boogie boards..the extras) The beach towels could use some replacing, and the beach chairs had some mold on them. We would stay again, but would probably try another unit rather than this one.

Our unit was within walking distance to the beach, had beach views from the windows and balcony, had ample room for all of us, was clean and comfortable - in short, there was nothing any of us would change about our stay. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!

Incredible Oceanside Getaway

This rental was the perfect coastal escape! The ocean view was breathtaking, and waking up to the sound of the waves was truly relaxing. The location couldn't have been better - we were just a short walk from both the beach and the harbor, making it easy to explore the area. The property itself was fantastic, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Seaside Sanctuary

Seaside Sanctuary is true to its name. The unit itself is very nice! From the paintings to the couches to the beds, and especially the views! We enjoyed being able to sit on the deck and visit while enjoying the sea breeze and taking in the views of the ocean. The dining room table was awesome and fit all of us comfortably for meals as well as for board game nights (my husband, myself, and our 3 adult children). The kitchen, while a little bit small, was fully stocked and just right for our stay. The beds and couches were super comfortable! There were 4 beach chairs provided, which were awesome to use. It was easy to contact hosts with any questions we had. They were super helpful. We would love to come back for a visit again someday.

Great location- would come back!

Overall this place was awesome!! Pros: clean, plenty of space for family of 6, great location right next to the beach, spa, pool, easy checkin. Great upstairs balcony with an ocean view- I would, for sure, come back! Cons: no typical amenities like shampoo/conditioner, no condiments of any kind (so plan to bring or buy your own) needed more towels, so maybe bring your own, laundry room was difficult to use. Oh, and be careful in the parking garage if you have an overhead carrier on your car- it won’t fit and could hit the low lying pipes. Side note, there’s no door dividing the upstairs bedroom from downstairs, just FYI. I’m so glad we picked this unit over another one since building A is right next to the beach and has its own pool, spa right next to it. There is a board rental shop close by, but if a Costco member, they had boogie boards cheap so I would check with them first.
