The living room has a pull out couch which has a queen temper pedic mattress, a flat screen TV, and kitchen featuring all the basics you`ll need along with a circular breakfast table. The full bathroom has a walk in shower with beautiful backsplash, well lit counter, sink, mirror, and a specialty local wood toilet seat and cover.

The front patio is semi-private and has stools and a bar area to setup breakfast, coffee, and post beach sunset happy hour.

Also included in the private one car garage are beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and an umbrella. The garage space is big enough for a mid-sized SUV, anything bigger will either not fit or be a really tight squeeze.

South Pacific St. is shared by cars, bikes, scooters, skateboards and anything else with wheels. Expect to be able to walk everywhere you`ll want to go nearby. Ubers and Lyfts are readily available. The Oceanside train station is also just a short walk away.
