Checked in on a Sunday afternoon, it was a snap, quickest and easiest Ive ever done. Very easy to get all our stuff from car to room. Property very well maintained.

Great property, great location

The unit was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I appreciated the good communication with the property manager. A couple of bumps at check-in (security didn't have my reservation, incorrect WiFi info) but those were resolved and didn't interfere with my stay.

Nice property..will use again

The only thing that was unsatisfactory was the surf boards in the closet..they were all unusable because the cords were gone..we didnt want to use them wothout the cords so we had to go to walmart and spend quite alot for boards that now we have to travel with back home ..extra expense we didnt on plan on..it was a bummer..after we purchased them we learned that we could of rented them...oh well...we learned the hard way..

This was our fifth time staying at North Coast Village and this unit was our least favorite. Upon arrival everything seemed fine, but during our stay numerous things added up that made this unit less than desirable. Such as, part of the blinds in the living room and the bedroom kept falling down and had pieces of food stuck to them. The carpet looked clean when we arrived, but during our stay it seemed to show a lot of stains and wear/tear and probably should be replaced - just had an ick feeling. Lots of touch painting is also needed. They provide beach chairs, but they were broken and dirty. They also provide boogie boards, but they were damaged. On the last day, we tried to use the oven, but it wouldn't heat to 350 degrees, so the frozen pizza we purchased wasn't crisp. Again, the complex has wonderful amenities, and we will stay here again, just in a different unit.

Beautiful Property Right on the Ocean

We have stayed in North Coast Village a few times now, but this one has had the best view to date! Looking right directly at the pier, right next to the ocean was amazing. I would definitely revisit this unit!

Affordable and Beautiful

This was our 5th vacation at North Coast Village in the last 15 years. We've stayed in an ocean front cottage unit, in the back by the RR tracks, on the north side facing the harbor and in the courtyard overlooking the pool. This was easily the best bang for the buck. The balcony and bedroom window have fantastic views of the ocean. It is just two units in from ocean front. The bed is one of the most comfortable we have ever slept on. The two sofas are plenty comfy. We did not have any problems with the shower that others complained about in reviews. In fact, the water pressure was amazing with no flucuations in temperature. Is the kitchen and bath updated aesthetically? No. But we didn't live there. We were at the beach! Everything is functional and since the Owners keep the price down, who cares if it isn't updated with modern fixtures. We loved our week here.

Great week in Oceanside

We had a lovely week staying here in October. The condo had everything we needed and the view was perfect. Great workout facility and enjoyed the pool several times each day. It was a great location for day trips to many nice coastal towns. Would stay again.

Great location with everything you need

Property has great view of the ocean and pier. Everything we needed was provided. About a 5 minute walk to get onto the sand. Loved being able to hear the waves with the patio door / bedroom window open.

Great place for a family vacation

My family has stayed in North Coast Village for years, but this has been our favorite unit that we've stayed in. Everything was so clean, and the space felt very nice and open. Our view was amazing, and we sat out on the balcony watching the dolphins every morning. We would love to stay here again next year!

Shower

Overall great for the price. The shower was my only complaint. It would get really hot and 5 seconds later really cold. No in between. So it was extremely difficult to shower the kiddos. We Even got ahold of the people we were renting through and they sent a handy man to come look at the shower and he wasn’t sure the problem either.

Don't tell the others...

This is our new favorite unit on the property - plan on staying there every year! Clean, well kept, great location. Not as updated, but no disappointment! Clean and beautiful. Had a hard time with getting the shower temp just right, but management was very responsive and had a plan for addressing it promptly. thank you! We'll be back.

Awesome!

This is the third time I've stayed at the complex on vacation and I enjoy it more every time. This particular unit was amazing. The view was the best part. Being able to see and hear the ocean and the pool was amazing! I spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony staring at the ocean and hearing all the laughter from everyone at the pool. The unit was spectacular as well. I loved the decor. I'll DEFINITELY be back next year.
