Great Stay!

The house is exactly as the pictures show it and how it is described. It really is just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The beach is popular and there are a lot of cars driving up and down the shoreline, as well as parking and setting up for the day, but we were always able to find a peaceful spot to sit and enjoy the waves.

Our large family came to the San Luis Obispo area for our daughter's graduation from Cal Poly. We had 8 people staying in the home and used both units.Unit A is downstairs and has a kitchen with a bathroom and a bedroom. Our parents stayed there. It's connected to the second unit B, but can be locked and separated. It also has a nice outdoor area with a fire pit. We didn't use it because most of our congregating was upstairs in Unit A. That unit is much larger with two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and one downstairs. It also has the garage access. I suppose they might rent them separately, so I mention it here because it wasn't obvious to me until we arrived. OK, enough of that.The home is squeaky clean and is loaded with supplies. Forgot a razor? No worries, they have plenty there in sealed packages. Forgot a toothbrush? Same deal. Need shampoo and conditioner? Bodywash? It's all there. The kitchen is full of spices, condiments in the fridge and basically all the pesky things that you need if you want to cook a meal. This is one of the most thoughtful hosts I have ever experienced. Need makeup wipes? They have those too. All of the sheets, towels, etc. were clean as if we were in a four star hotel. The neighborhood is very safe and you're walking distance from restaurants, a liquor store, the beach, etc. If you want to go take the obligatory Pismo Beach photograph, you will have to drive 7 minutes. The check in and check out process was seamless. LOVED IT!

Walk to the Beach!

We rented this place for my son’s graduation from Cal Poly. It was fabulous. Lots of room to spread out and enjoy. Garage has a ping pong table and beach toys and chairs. It is basically two full units with two kitchens and living areas. All very clean and welcoming. 500 feet to the beach for sunset. .

Beautiful CLEAN home!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was extremely clean and met all of our needs. The distance to the beach was ideal and perfect for our 80yr old grandparents. The home was well stocked, even with cooking items we forgot to pack! We will definitely stay here again!

Awesome modern House

It was amazing staying at this property fully stacked , very modern, it was so clean with lot of blankets. We were a party of 11 of us. Every room had a TV, and lil things like lock n lock , popcorns, hot chocolate pouches made the kids happy.

Amazing stay with family

This house was the perfect house for our stay. My in-laws that has a problem going upstairs has their own space on the main floor and the other two families stayed upstairs. The house is very spacious and is located close to everything. The host is very communicative and so was the property manager. Brenda even came to the property to fix the fireplace for us. We had an amazing stay and would totally recommend this house. The only suggestion I have is that please provide a cheap disposable slippers ( dollar tree slippers ) since you requested to not to wear shoes inside the house which had cold floors. Thanks so much for hosting us!

Family Vacay!!

Excellent home for big group. Sleeping arrangements were perfect for all!! Close to beach, lots of entertainment for all ages. Things were in great condition. We will definitely remember this spot for the future. Thank you!!

Great time for the buddies

I’ve been going on a guys trip (highlighted in the Novel Friends in Low Places) for 30 years. Previously we went to the mountains but we switched it up for the beach. It was perfect for us. The firepits were great for bonding and we used the ping pong table, foosball and cornhole for our own “Olympics” competition. Enough space to spread out. Great times!

Family graduation get-together

Fantastic! From check-in to check-out! The location is perfect, just a block from the beach. The 2 kitchens worked out well for us with preparation and cooking. There are 2 patios with comfortable outdoor seating and 2 convenient BBQs and tons of pots and pans. The bedrooms were super clean with extra bedding. The beds were all super comfortable. Liem has every amenity possible; there is no need to bring anything. Literally, the house is stocked with everything a family would need. The garage is stocked with beach chairs, ping-pong table, 2 bikes with helmets, corn hole, jenga, cards, dominoes, etc. We could not have imagined a better house or destination. Pismo is 5-10 minutes away if you want "a city". San Luis Obispo is about 20 minutes. I highly recommend this vacation rental! Liem was extremely polite and communicative.

Oceano Elks Visit

A group of friends came from LA for an event at the Oceano-5 Cities Elks Lodge. The location was perfect, 3 minute walk to the lodge, and 3 minute walk to the beach! The house is really 2 homes, which have is plenty of space and options. It was very clean, plenty of amenities and options. We had a slight issue with the downstairs fireplace that was addressed right away. Communication was excellent! If it was warmer, we'd have taken advantage of the beautiful backyard fireplace, and outdoor shower. Thanks so much!

Clean, comfortable, & spacious

I'm not sure that the pictures do justice to the openness of the space and how comfortable our stay here was. Thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to the beach (where we saw whales) and the ability to get up and down the coast. We loved our stay and our interactions with the property owners/managers were timely and positive.

Relaxing Beach House

We had a great stay at this Oceano Beach House. When we reserved it we were thinking "we don't really need two kitchens" but the place looked nice so we proceeded. Once there, we loved the two kitchens and suites. My husband and I had our bedroom, living room, and kitchen downstairs and our older kids had their 2 bedrooms, living room, and kitchen upstairs. We could then be up at different times in the morning or night and have our own time when we wanted and then join together upstairs for family meals and fun. It was perfect! We would stay there again. Thank you.

Great, clean place perfect for large families

Had a girl’s getaway weekend with extended family and this place was perfect! Clean, plenty of room, had all sorts of things/activities and amenities, and down the street from Oceano Dunes. Definitely recommend!

Perfect beach house for our family of 9

My family of 9 came to Oceano for a wedding. We wanted to have a couple of days to relax and get to the beach. Oceano beach is just a 1/2 block away from the house. It’s a great beach for walking, not so much for laying out as this is a beach for vehicles and RVs, but a beautiful beach nonetheless. We drove to Avila beach which is just about 15min away. Perfect beach for relaxing. This beach house has many accommodations and is very clean and spacious. We would definitely stay here again.

Budget an money for the charges at the end

Great property and location. House was really nice and met all of our needs. However, be prepared to be nickel and dimed in charges at the end. Firstly, we were told that our service dogs were not allowed at the house (note, we had 2 other Emotional Support Animals that we made other accommodations for). So great, a service dog cannot stay with their owner to perform their required task, that’s not dangerous at all. Checked out Sunday at 11am. Got a message Thursday night (4 full days later) that a mysterious pink powder was found on the deck, and some cigarette butts were found in a corner. Mind you, no one in our group smokes (we are a bunch of exercise and fitness fanatics). I would understand if this was Sunday evening or Monday, but 4 full days later. How do I know this wasn’t from another group after us? So I am getting charged an extra $100 for them to pick up 2 cigarette butts that didn’t come from us, and to power wash off some powder that could have come from anywhere …
