"Great location, very nice and clean units, and great communication from staff. However, when they warn that it is in a noisy location, they mean it. Right over and across from extremely boisterous bars with lots of loud drunks. We were ok with it, but if you need silence to get a good nights sleep this probably isn’t the place for you."

"We had a fantastic stay in your condo for our sisters trip. Cozy and comfortable for the most part. The mattresses on the bunk bed could use an update but overall it was perfect. Close to the beach and walking distance for anything we needed. Day trip up to Hearst Castle was easy. Morning walks on the beach were amazing. Kitchen was great for easy breakfast and homemade dinners in when we weren’t enjoying the restaurants close by."

"The property was as described and clean great location next to the beach. Had a situation with someone blocking the parking garage that was out of the owners control called them. They handled the situation within minutes. Thank you, Jenny and Kim. Will definitely be staying there again."

"The place was very clean and you can’t get any closer to the ocean. Few minute walk to all the shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again next time we are in the Pismo area."

"Specious property, well appointed with comfortable amenaties. On the whole, everything was clean. The carpets were dirty on both sets of stairs, with visable stains. The pots and pans were stratched with loose handles. The property management company responded fairly quicktly to replace them. Great for families and multiple people"

"It wasn’t bad, I would stay again. Initially I was irritated to find my room had been double booked. Dave was good about making sure we had another comparable room. I think his responsiveness is what saved it for me. He was good about getting back to me about my concerns. The room was fine- comfortable. Most of our time was sight seeing and visiting our son at Cal Poly, so we weren’t there a lot. Once everything got worked out though I thought it was good. Things happen I get it."

"This property is exactly what you could imagine from a beachfront property, nothing fancy but couldn’t have a better location"

"Super nice and clean beach house ……No hassel parking just steps to the beach. We were able to bbq our Tri tip on the bbq grill. There was a deck with plenty of room for family to enjoy the beach air. Large comfy couch and room for 10 people. This is truly a gem."
