"House is very spacious and lots of natural light. The master bedroom's bed is extremely comfortable. However, the A/C in that particular room does not cool as well as the other bedrooms (and the humidity is oddly higher in that bedroom). Not unbearable in early May but I'm not sure that we'd have been very happy with it during the peak of summer. The kitchen and bathrooms are large and spacious. Washer and dryer worked well the couple of times we used them. Extras such as the kiyaks were neat....

"I had a nice stay, the unit is immaculately kept. The only issue was what appeared to be a rationing of items, for example the bathroom only had a single roll of toilet tissue, that was already in use. This was my first ever experience of this. There was also no extra towels or sheets in place. So just a few minor adjustments need be made, considering the property is advertised on hotels.com."

"My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at chez Cay. The hosts were the Best! Erika and Scott! They answered us each and every time we needed anything. They gave us suggestions on where to see music and get good food! Scott showed us how to gut Konch shells! In was such a cool experience. "Wow what an amazing stay. Cant say enough good things about the place and the owners. Steve and her daughter Lisa were friendly prompt to answer questions and incredibly helpful. "Located in very noisy neighborhood, roosters at daybreak, local hangout across the street, so screeching tires, loud music etc. The apartment is spacious and bright so the noise nuisance is a shame. IKEA mattress, bed pillows etc are pretty beat up and need replacing as well as the noisy vibrating AC in the master. Dom and Joy did their best to accommodate and though we wouldn’t settle in this one again they do have other nice properties."
