Clean and private. Only hurdle is finding beach parking, but that has nothing to do with this property. Very roomy.

My family and I were very pleased with the property. We enjoyed all the space. The neighborhood was quiet, relaxing. We would stay here again. Just the grill was not clean and appeared to have rust, no cable, but we knew that coming in. Overall, our stay was great the host readily accessible. My wife and kids were very happy with our stay and thats alot to say. Thank you Heather.

Family vacation

Very clean, nice, and well stocked property. Laundry was convenient. Lots of space for all. No cable anywhere or TV’s in bedrooms and though we knew that going in, it proved to be difficult for some. Lots of bugs outside, due to odd water feature. A lot of stairs. Overall it worked well for what we needed. Thank you.

Bethany Beach

The property was great, 5 min to the beach! 3 full bathrooms spread out over 3 floors. The beds were comfortable and the place perfectly met our needs! The owner was a pleasure to deal with. Overall a great vacation! I appreciated that we had shampoo and soap in each bathroom. Also thinks like salt and pepper were there too. Would definitely stay there again!

Great week at the shore!

House was very functional for our family and the hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating to our needs! Very quiet neighborhood that was walkable and we loved having access to the community pool.

Beautifully renovated townhouse with ample room

Owner was a pleasure to work with. Our sports schedule changed last minute for to weather and this owner asked an early check in which saved the day after a long drove and bad weather. Place was exceptionally clean and well done. It had everything my family needed and a lot of room to spread out. Master probably had the most comfortable bed I've slept in while on vacation. Kids liked the space. Pool was great for the family as well.

Great rental near Bethany Beach

Owner is a great communicator and was very accommodating! The place was very clean and beds were comfortable. Great to have use of the pool too! We plan to rent here again!

Nice but…..

The house itself is nice and roomy but there were a few things I would critique. First off the pull out couch in the basement was terrible. Springs fell out the first time we opened it. The barbecue was left with old food on it. There wasn’t even toilet paper to make it through the first night. We were told the o Lu thing g we needed to bring was aheets and towels. I never imagined we needed to bring our own toilet paper. There is a bad ant problem in the kitchen. We woke one morning to find ants all over the kitchen counter/sink. The house is for 10 people but there are o my 2 tvs in the entire 3 floor house and the only way to watch tv was by logging into our personal streaming sites. Lastly the temperature control. We would set the temperature but it would keep going back to whatever the owner set it for which was way too hot for sleeping. All night we would get up and check the thermostat and lower it.

Lovely, clean, quiet

Condo had plenty of space, all amenities were as promised, and was clean and quiet. Lovely neighborhood, and close to Bethany Beach. Will definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend other families stay here!

4th of July in Bethany Beach

This beautiful town home comfortably fit our family of 10 for a wonderful week together. From the moment we found it on VRBO Heather was so wonderful to communicate with. She answered all my questions in such a timely manner! Felt like having a new friend! :) The town home is beautifully decorated and Heather has thought of everything to make your stay extra comfortable including a crock pot, several pyrex dishes, bowls, extra pillows, and extra comforters. We loved the deck off the kitchen and the easy walk to the pool. With our adult children coming from different locations there were plenty of parking spaces for our 4 cars. Its also a very easy drive into the beach! We will be back!!!

Perfect for us.

Great house for our families last minute trip. Plenty of space for kids to relax and having the basement tv area for them was great. The beaches were a short drive and neighborhood was quiet which was perfect for us. The community pool was big and close enough to walk to the kids loved it. Overall we had a great experience and with the 4 kids having a washer and dryer in the house was a blessing.

Perfect girls weekend gateway!

The property was in the perfect location. Close to beach and shops. Communication with the host was a breeze. The property was clean, well maintained and had all the essentials you would need for a great weekend. Had so much fun and hope to be back in the future.
