Everything about our stay was wonderful! The owners were very responsive and helpful. The property is in excellent condition and was very clean upon our arrival. We would recommend staying at this property to anyone looking for a nice place to stay if you're visiting the Bethany Beach area.

Happy Place

We stayed for a week in this wonderful home and community. Nice dog walks in the neighborhood, excellent golf, fantastic restaurants nearby and easy to get to the beach. Spacious, beautiful home and tranquil surroundings for our family of three, plus four legged kiddos. It was a perfect place to stay and relax. Thank you!!

Lovely, comfortable home near Bethany Beach and other Delaware beaches

We had a great stay in this lovely home! The location was great too. This home is well equipped, well-maintained, well-decorated and very comfortable. The neighborhood is very nice. We were also able to bring our doggies with us, so that made it even better! We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and we were able to take the dogs on the Bethany Beach Boardwalk, and onto the beach and in the ocean, during the off-season. The hosts, Jolie and Rob, were great in answering any questions we had before, and during our stay, as needed. We had a great time at this lovely home and hope to be able to return in the future!

We had an amazing time at your lovely home. Everything was very neat and clean. The home is much bigger and brighter than the pictures show. Owners also laid everything out thoroughly for what is needed. Much appreciated. Definitely likely to return. The house and development were beautiful

Great Vacation Spot

My family had a terrific time at Bethany Beach. The house was perfect, big, clean, cozy, and well decorated. We enjoyed the club house; my son said the equipment is better than Planet Fitness. I think that says a lot!! We plan to visit again next year. You can't beat this house in a very nice community.

Great vacation

My husband, daughter, son-in-law, and 2 kids stayed here for a week. Jolie and Rob thought of everything to make the stay perfect. We were welcomed with a box of everything you would need in the kitchen included a bottle of wine. They also included a care package for our dog. The house was spotless and decorated beautiful. The amenities at the clubhouse made our trip a trip to remember. The family enjoyed the pool, pickleball, and jacuzzi. We can’t wait to go back.

Very comfortable!

The house was exactly as shown on VRBO. We enjoyed it very much. Communication was good. Mitch was extremely helpful. Just one suggestion would be a taller trash can for the kitchen. Appreciated all the extras given to us to start out our week. Would stay again.

Amazing property near Bethany Beach

The house was "wow"! True to the description. The neighborhood was great! We went for a couple of bike rides nearby and found one of the old radar stations. Had a nice meal at the Bear Trap cafe. When not at the beach, we enjoyed hanging out on the great front porch and the screened-in porch. The owners welcomed us via text and were readily accessible. We visited Bethany Beach, Gordons Pond/Cape Henlopen in Rehoboth, Lewes, Assateague (be careful of the horses), and enjoyed a dinner at Ocean City, MD. Great vacation!

Best Week Ever

Jolie was such an amazing host. She was very understanding that we had 2 kids under 2 traveling with us and 2 dogs. When we got to the house it was spotless. She left a bottle of wine, dog bowls and dog toys! It was such a cute gesture. My grandparents used to live in the neighborhood and it reminded us of their home. We can’t wait to stay there again next summer!

Perfect family get away

The house was the perfect size for our family of 6- 5 adults and an infant. Was well stocked and very clean with new appliances. Great neighborhood to walk our granddaughter. Enjoyed the pickleball courts. Went during off season and was very quiet which we enjoyed. Short drive to center of Bethany. Jolie and Rob were excellent hosts- very responsive!! Would definitely return

Peaceful vacation

Our stay in this beautiful home was relaxing and peaceful. The house is on a quiet street in a golf community. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch every day and evenings on the screened porch in the back of the house. The extra fee for the use of the pool and shuttle was well worth it. We spent our beach days at Fenwick Island Beach State Park and took the shuttle in to Bethany Beach a couple of times. It was very convenient and the driver dropped us right off at our front door! There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children. I wound definitely recommend this vacation home!

Family vacation in Bethany

We had a wonderful stay in Bethany. House was located in a lovely neighborhood and the club house had beautiful views of the sunset. The Coastal Kitchen had great food and drinks. The house had everything you need for a great stay. It was very spacious and had plenty of room for a family of 8. The gym and pool was nice and there were plenty of other activities to do there. Communication was good with the owner. The only issue we ran into was with the shuttle that runs to and from the beach. The one day they were only running one bus and we ended up waiting over an hour to get picked up from the beach. We decided after that it would be easier to drive to the beach and park our cars. This may have just happened when we stayed there and might not be a common occurrence. Overall we had a good experience. Thanks again to the owners!
