Our Beach Escape

This condo is the perfect size for our family. Plenty of rooms, space and amenities. Our grandson loves it!! Traffc can get a bit heavy at times, but you're away from the hustle and chaos of the boardwalk, so it's very peaceful.

Spacious and well-equipped condo

The condo was a lot bigger than we expected, and had everything we needed. There are restaurants and a seafood market directly across from the building making it easy to grab takeout. The owners were very accommodating and quick to communicate and check-in on our needs. Overall a great experience.

Long weekend before school getaway

I've never done a Vrbo, and found the experience amazing. I had a slight issue with booking, a Vrbo issue, but the owner resolved it quickly. As soon as I saw this property, I knew it was perfect for our group. The condo looked exactly like the photos. The location was perfect, and it had so many amenities to use. Less to pack!! My grandson didn’t want to leave, and we're already looking to make plans for next year. I would highly recommend booking this condo!!

Great property, conveniently located

Easy drive to the beaches in Bethany, Dewey, and OCMD. The condo was fully furnished and the kitchen was stocked with all of the utensils, pots, pans, etc that were needed for our family for the week. Short drive to supermarkets, diners, and other restaurants. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay near the Delaware beaches.

Awesome Beach Condo

We had a great stay at this condo. The place is clean, stocked, and well-decorated. It's away from the busy hustle of the beach, but it's only a 5 minute drive away from Bethany Beach. There are grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants within 1 mile. Our kids loved sleeping on the bunk beds. The owners were very responsive, and did an amazing job at helping us get an A/C problem fixed on the same night. The condo building is peaceful and people are very friendly. The owners have things like beach chairs, carts, and umbrellas available that are convenient for beach days. We look forward to staying again!

Awesome Beach Condo!

We were so impressed with the cleanliness of the home! The pictures did not do the place justice! The owners were very easy to work with and communicated with us before and during our stay as needed. The house was well stocked and made our stay so easy and relaxing. We were only a short drive to our favorite beach as well as lots of entertainment options, but far enough away from the crowds and noise. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Very Pleased

All in all this, this was a fantastic property and will definitely look to rent again. Perfectly situated between Rehoboth and Ocean City. Grocery store, gas station, and other conveniences very close by. Plenty of activities for the whole family! Condo was very clean and very well stocked with all necessary supplies in kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and for the beach. Wifi is provided but is spotty. TV apps such as Netflux is easily accessible on the TVs. Condo indicates only one bathroom but there are in fact 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Master suite is very large and has a door to the balcony which was very nice. Sun room is just gorgeous! So festive! All the decor was absolutely perfect. We did have to reach out to owner to obtain the code to get in. Would have preferred that was provided automatically but owner was very easy to reach and responded quickly. We did make a mistake and had a problem getting back in the condo at one point and again the owner was very responsive. Upon arrival there is a binder with all information you could possibly need! Only concern with that is it still indicates there is a pool on the property but there is not. The pool was removed 2 or 3 years ago. We found the property to be awesome, well thought out, detailed, definitely thought of the renters needs, and overall great experience!!!!

Absolute Dream House

Great base for a Bethany Beach vacation

The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pictures do not do it justice! The layout was fantastic-- a master bedroom separated from the "kids" bedrooms. Ample space for everyone to spread out but welcoming gathering spaces too. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, oils, and other small things one does not think to bring on vacation. The place was a 5-10 minute drive from both the town and state park beaches, and easy access to the grocery stores. Just we needed for a weekend getaway...

Outstanding getaway stay

This is our second stay at the condo and we cannot wait to come back!! It’s always immaculate and so spacious for our family of 5!! It’s the perfect location to great beaches, shops and restaurants. Easter Weekend

The condo was as described and shown on VRBO. The property and neighborhood were quiet since it wasn't the summer season. Our grandson enjoyed looking out at the trees and water and hearing the ducks in the back. James is very easy to deal with; he wanted to be sure that we had everything we needed.
